😅 pretty smooth buddy ❤ it woman are barbers too and are on the rise and a lot of respect for her leaving that other shop going out her comfort zone and attacked that fear and that’s how it’s done. I’m always trying to separate myself from other barbers and learn new techniques and take my time for that smile on their face when they look into the mirror and see that time in the seat was well worth the money they have been told 😅I’m into all cuts man or woman and I just put that work in learning new techniques and skills every day. I truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism and dedication for our craft and I’m almost there to the beginning and the beginning is my license and wherever I decide to go they’re very blessed to have me there cause I have the whole package good work ethic’s and awesome versatile skills ❤it.Real recognition of Real and thanks for being you and not a pretender like your style.

Covid changed all my plans after barber school and I too ended up at Sport Clips. I've definitely developed bad habits and I'm not growing how I want. The guaranteed money every week makes it hard to leave. I want to be a great barber and I hate being embarrassed about where I work. It's what I've been thinking about alot lately so it was awesome to see this video. Thanks to both of you. 😊

Not normally one to comment on videos but, being a barber myself and having watched Sean along with the Tomb45 squad for a while now, I just wanted to say that this is an awesome video. I enjoy the insight on an organization like a sports clips and similar orgs. alike. I also enjoy hearing people be patinate about their crafts. Everyone has different reasons for why they are patinate about something but, the one common theme I find with all of you good people apart of the Tomb45 empire is you all are very well versed, respectable, kind, not just intelligent but, have a good way of breaking down advanced techniques to a beginner understanding level and overall are just very very good at the craft. I've learned a lot from these guys, Sean especially and just wanted to say my peace because you guys deserve to hear it. B is gonna crush, no doubt about it. Excited to see her flourish!

Good for her! Im a stylist at sportsclips & everyday i wish i went to school to be a barber instead of cosmetologist. I do enjoy my job, i get to hangout with some of the best people ive ever met but doing 20m haircuts isnt ideal. I get in trouble if i spend time with my clients.. If i had time to go back to school & redo it, i would! After i had my daughter they were the only place that was willing to work with me & be patient & i hated the salon i was at before so went for it. I watch your videos all the time for the fun of it & im like what the hell was i thinking lmao

Girl, it's never too late! I went back to barber school just last year and I have been in this industry for almost 10! It was the best thing I could have done for my career! Now I can legally use a straight razor and I don't have to walk on eggshells with state board... being a female barber is a flex!! Haha!!

One of my first spot was at sports clips. It wasn’t the dream job but out of school ,free training and more reps. I can’t knock it. Really helped me gain experience before I walked in a real barber shop. Side note that Batman poster in the background is dope

I agree with the both of you. I too wasn’t confident about going booth rent so I worked at master cuts. Unfortunately co workers gave me a hard time I turned my frustration to a positive and moved up fast I gave it my all on mens and women cuts but they said not too. You can’t be your own Artist places like that
