    I feel like views have been down for all UA-cam barbers I'm subscribed to. People just seem to prefer short form content nowadays...😢 The only UA-cam barbers I follow that are still killing it with the views is the4thken and regal gentleman. Study their content and see why it's still working for them. Best of luck bro

    I love the transformation! Turned out great. I just had one very similar, was only a year of growth turn it into a textured crop, mid drop fade, also turned out great. I've been using your methods in the Scissor cuts and fades and love it.
    Thanks for what you do brotha!!! Keep up the great work!!!

    I feel like you left a shadow/line after the hitting the 2 in the back of his head by the p ridge.
    Is it just me? Or is there a reason you didn’t stretch the blend out some more
    I’m not a professional just Learning and curious because I feel like I would have tried to attack that shadow/line

    Sean: 7:00 mark; it still looks like you have a fair bit of weight there. The DFS formula sure looks a lot like how the Reuzel folks start their haircuts too.

    I have an issue when I use the DFS formula maybe you can help me with. When doing fingers tight to the head I’m not sure if a 3,4 or 2 open/closed blends in the best. When I watch Josh OP do it with his fingers a 3 is perfect every single time, with me a 3 is perfect every COUPLE times and I leave a weight line that I have to come back with clipper or scissor over comb. If I have to come back and take more out I would think that means I need to use a 2 open instead but I’m an over thinker. Any tips player?

      Hey bro try using a fade down technique ex. 4 guard closed, 3 guard closed, 2 guard closed. Building graduation at the parietal ridge

    • @RyanAlca
      @RyanAlca 7 місяців тому

      @@Unknwn733 hey my man. Thanks for that. I actually do kinda fade down. I’m more just saying that I can’t figure out what guard I’m using to blend right into the foundation without having to use other methods to take out the weight. The fingers tight to the head is meant to be blended right in with the right guard. That’s the beauty of the formula but for some reason that changes for me on a cut by cut basis 🤦🏽‍♂️

    Man hats off to the King, the maestro, el-fenomeno, the saviour of all American barbers: Josh O.P. for bringing this DFS formula to the world. Really is a system for all hair lengths and styles
    P.s. I was just kidding about the names I wrote above 😅😂 if any of you Tiktok kids come at me with the lame word "glazing", I'ma lose my s**t...
