Mr. Peter this one they are relocating people to the front does it mean they are going to give people's already allocated plots to other people just because they want to build? Because that will cause problem when someone sees he has been shifted from his or her allocated plot. If you want to build go to your allocated plot and build. Moreover the sandfilling for access roads should be done to help accessibility to individuals plots. The clients shouldn't suffer for the inability of the company to sandfill the access roads. Instead a deadline may be given for payment of development fee or better still an increase alert of development fee will stimulate people to pay up if money is the problem, but nobody's plot should be shifted or allocated to another person because that will undermine landmark's credibility and create serious issues.
Thank you so much for your understanding and support. Last night I had talk with the CEO of the company and suggested they call for stakeholders meeting. Even clients abroad can join the meeting via zoom let them explain what's the way forward and how to achieve it. The owner of Landmark is a very sincere young man I look up to and he was optimistic the estate will never be abandoned and I believe him. You will hear from him soon.
@@twinnetp My concern is reallocating people's plots to others not abandonment. I know the estate can never be abandoned that is not even possible. If one knows how the real estate works he will easily understand what's going on and will not fret, because there are other new estates launched by landmark and they have to bring it up to a level to encourage payment and those increased payment from those estates can also be used for Beachfront or any other estate as landmark pleases. So I am not worried about abandonment I know Landmark has to face other new estate for now to raise more funds it's not as if they abandoned anywhere. My only concern is giving other people's allocated plots to others in the name of they want to build. You cannot tell a client who was allocated plot at the front or right wing that his plot has suddenly relocated to the back or left wing, it's land we are talking about here not cars.

Am confident Landmark will fulfill their promises and that's why am doing everything I can to get our clients mostly those in diaspora their documents first while we await for allocation. I’m not convinced with what I’m seeing as landmark is only concentrating at the estate at Abraham Adesanya and the lagoon estate. As both beachfronts properties looks abandoned as they are both suffering the same faith as the Queen garden estate on the same axis own by landmark. Not impressed at all. 🤦♂️

Good Morning sir and how are you doing? Sir at the moment lands within that location is going from N7.5M above and talks are on going for work to commence again in the estate and that will also increase the price further. Once tangible work commence I will personally do series of video for updates.
Good Morning Sir and trust your weekend was splendid? It depend on the location of your land how deep it is. Even the company can't give the right estimate. But have it in mind a truck of 30 tones sharp sand is from N55k per trip depending on the supplier and the location they are bringing the sand.

Why is beachfront phase 1 more expensive than beachfront phase 2 when the level of development is almost thesame and both titles are Excision??

I agree with you however you can raise it higher so that after sandfilling the land will still come up. Thanks for the observation.
