with all due respect, the lakowe estate developers are the best in africa. what they have done here and are doing here is unimaginable. There is no difference between this place and some parts of america. It is so difficalt to beleieve that this is even in nigeria. State governments should invite this guys to develope their capital cities.

This is the most beautiful Estate I have seen in Africa. So beautiful. The greenery is beyond beautiful. Africans are known for trying to use every little space to build. Ok, lemme say West Africans because some of the East Africans don’t do that, but these developers just did it right! I would love to spend some time there just to enjoy the space. ❤️

A lot of us, when we imagine lagos, lakowe doesn't come in the picture because its not how we grew up; its interesting to know that this type of place is possible in Lagos. I also wanna say that this place has better roads than banana island or even most places in Lekki that has rich folks living there.

The first real estate in Lagos that have a lot spaces and green areas.Many real estates in Lagos do not care for green areas because of intention to maximize the profit by the developers.

I knew about this place in 2020 while they were advertising and it blew my mind to the extent I had to save the building plans designs to build mine and the prices then wasn’t up to 80m I think if the price hasn’t increased
Negative posts, blogs, and so on have almost destroyed the better and best part of this Great country, Nigeria is not going to be great tomorrow but Nigeria is already great we need to stop spreading negative impact abroad when we are in a safe country because we do not have a lot of violence here other than bad government, spread love and good name of Nigeria that's all we need first before we move to the next problems we are facing ♥🇳🇬

Would be amazing if there was a central area specifically for solar power and battery storage. Supply the entire property with uninterrupted electricity and without the nosiness of generators.

Nigeria is a blessed Country and Lagos State is also an amazing state to live in, don't generalize every bad news you hear about Nigeria, Lagos is very safe to live as it's currently housing 75% all Nigeria companies HQ, do you think they will allow insecurities to get close, never, so Lagos State is a good place to invest on if you want absolute value for your money and huge roi cashflow
