    Here are 3 knee replacement exercises that can help when 6 weeks or more post-op and graduated from initial PT.
    As a physical therapist, I used to work in home care helping patients recover after total knee and hip replacements. Often times, people would progres to outpatient therapy but would end therapy before they were able to start working on higher level strength, balance and stamina exercises. Therapy would get them to a point where they could do "just enough" that insurance would stop paying.

    These are awesome! I haven't had surgery but I am 70 and have some arthritis in my knees that is kicking my butt! All your exercises have been spot on - especially the balance ones. So thank you!

    Could you make a video of strengthening hamstrings? I had a knee replacement in 22 and still have instability in my knee. Love your videos!

    These are great Alyssa. What do you suggest for pre surgery strength exercises? I have been doing many of your workouts that u have on your UA-cam channel. But wondering if these will be enough.

    Please also suggest some mobility exercises for bone cement currettage recovery for getting baack from half weight bearing to full weight bearing. Please, im really worried.
