This game is something with these graphics mods 😍. I can only imagine how's the game looks at 8K res on higher RTX GPUs.
And yes, 20 FPS is still very comfortable experience for the gameplay like this.

Considering the 5K and Graphics mode, the 3060 Ti does not do a bad job.

How do you make those good distance view even zoom out without losing fps? What’s your mod settings?
I'd like to tell you but I don't remember anything. I did the test once and forgot about the game. Try out all these mods I mentioned in the description
those CPU temps at that usage seem a bit high. Is it an aggressive OC?
It's just the game, very CPU intensive. Usually my the temps a way lower.
@@GentlemanGG yea this game is very9 cpu intensive, my ryzen 5 3600 run hotter than usual.
How is your graphics card reaching 100% usage? I have an RTX 3060 woth Ryzen 5600G and the gpu is barely breaking 40% usage with a 20k population city.

Btw you have a big cpu bottle neck or the game engine isn't optimized to utilize the whole of the rtx 3060 ti but I'm leaning towards a potential cpu bottleneck that you have there
