I mean, he tricked Dodoria into removing the fire extinguisher from the budget who knows how long ago and sabotaged Frieza's ship just so he could ride the hoverpod for 5 seconds and crash it. Can you imagine if Cooler actually tried and planned something sinister? The Devilartemis universe would be screwed.
