Frieza was at roughly 120m on Namek in his natural form and 150m in his power weighted state - well beyond just 5m.

Goku had a power level of 3m, used a Kaioken x20 with a Kamehameha, making his power level at least 60m, and barely managed to singe his skin.

Frieza basically allows himself to be defeated.
And Goku's power after Ginyu is 3m, multiplied by 50 for a SSJ transformation to 150m. He and Frieza are about equal at the end of that arc.

Cold and freiza are mutants of their race hence why they are so powerful cooler is not he had to train for his power to still get beaten by a super Datsun goku witch he trained way more than 4 months and freiza didn’t and was god level in 4 months while cooler was barely low super sayain level
