Ingredients
780 g All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉
½ tsp baking powder 泡打粉
4 tsp Ground Ginger 姜粉
4 tsp Ground Cinnamon 肉桂粉
½ tsp Salt 盐
339 g Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature 软化黄油
330 g Sugar 砂糖
325 grams Dark Molasses 黑糖蜜
2 Tbsp milk 牛奶

2 ст л молоко
2 больших яйца
молоко, специи, соль, масло мед, сахар смешать нагреть до растворения сахара.
вылить эту жидкость в муку, смешанную с содой частями, постепенно перемешивая, добавить 2яйца, размешать, оставить в холодильнике мин. на 2 часа.

I needed a beginners recipe because I never made one, but when I saw that thumbnail I couldn't resist to watch it! And I didn't skip one second. The result was even more beautiful than I thought, the details are incredible. And the trees, I thought they were real decorations!

I started last year with simple gingerbreadhouses and will try to make this one now. Ive watched some of the gingerbread competitions and am amazed at the skill and patience it takes to construct a temporary sructure. Done simple ones with my grandkids and they had a ball. Especially eating them after. God bless...
