    Another stunning gingerbread masterpiece ❤. This year I finally made the gingerbread greenhouse you shared with us and it turned out beautifully. I can’t wait to give this one a try next year! Thank you for your detailed tutorials.

    Emily, what a beautiful French cottage gingerbread house. I love it. You are so talented. She is the prettiest house I have seen this Christmas season.

    Oh Emily, just stunning. You are so incredibly talented. I love your Murmure skin care line. I can so see you and Jonathan buying a château, perhaps with a gite and transforming it! All the best in 2024!

    Raw sugar for the ground cover would be cool. I bought it but haven’t made my house yet. Planning on a modern gingerbread home.

    Oh I honestly don't have the words to describe how beautiful your house is. I was so excited to see what you were going to make and it's AMAZING 🥰🥰 I'm not too sure if I'm confident enough to try this but I've got year to think about it 😂 😂 Thank you so much for your amazing video 😍😍😍

      Thank you, and I'm sure you could make this! The structure of the house is actually quite simple and you can go as simple or complex with the decorations as you would like. Let me know if you ever decide to give it a try!

    This creation is beyond gorgeous!! I'm a former art teacher and love working in 3-d. Gingerbread may become my new favorite medium, after seeing what amazing things you do with it! My question- How long will the house last and is there any way to preserve it??? Thank you for sharing!

    I cannot WAIT to make this!!! What did you use for the terracotta tiles? More fondant? I wonder if you can put the shutters on before assembling?

      And I’m assuming the template is made for 8x11.5’ printer paper?

    • @MadeByMily
      @MadeByMily  Місяць тому

      Yes the template is printer paper size. For the terracotta tiles I used fondant. And yes you can definitely put the shutters on before assembling! I would definitely do it that way if I made it again

    Really great - can you tell me how you made the table and chairs? Was that fondant or Royal Icing?

    • @MadeByMily
      @MadeByMily  Місяць тому

      I used fondant. I made the pieces and let them dry flat then put them together so they would stand

    I tried using the gel sheets for the windows and it kept curling up. What might I be doing wrong?

    Curious how many batches of your gingerbread recipe did you use for this massive beautiful cottage?

    Emily that was absolutely amazing. Well done you as a curiosity. How much did it cost you to make that. I make ginger houses too, but mine are always creepy ❤
