Basically, you eat vegetables (no potatoes or starchy vegetables though), salads, and meats. No flour, no rice, no breads, cakes, sweets. You add healthy fats like Olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee. Don't use vegetable oil. You limit fruits to berries. You eliminate milk but can have cheese and yoghurt. So it's quite tough but very efficient. Your blood sugars must be kept very low if you want to lose weight and unless entire food groups of sugars and processed foods are eliminated, you won't. Instead you supplement with healthy fats.
