    5 2 time roti k ilawa kuch nai khana agar bhook lagay to pani say guzara karain
    6 late night khana chorna paray ga e.g raat ko 2,3 bajay agar kuch khatay hain to wo nai khana
    7 raat ko khana kha k minimum 40 mins walk karni hai
    8 meetha kam karain
    Is sab ko karnay mai abi routine theek karna shamil nai hai menay ye sab kuch kiya kharab routine k bawajood 4 bajay sota hu 12 bajay uth jata hu 1 haftay mai 3 kg weight kam huwa hai

    You really should focus on eliminating sugars and refined carbohydrates. Then do intermittent fasting. I lost 25 kg with the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.

      @@yamnapasha1547 assalamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah.. there is lots of online information. Try Dr Ekberg, Dr Berg, and Thomas Delaur on UA-cam. Basically, you eat vegetables (no potatoes or starchy vegetables though), salads, and meats. No flour, no rice, no breads, cakes, sweets. You add healthy fats like Olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee. Don't use vegetable oil. You limit fruits to berries. You eliminate milk but can have cheese and yoghurt. So it's quite tough but very efficient. Your blood sugars must be kept very low if you want to lose weight and unless entire food groups of sugars and processed foods are eliminated, you won't. Instead you supplement with healthy fats.

      @@iqraqazi5607 egg, cheese and olives for breakfast, but note my breakfast is after 2pm. Then some snacks like tuna and avocado or a wheatgrass kefir/berry smoothie. For dinner any meat with vegetables and large salad (Arab mixed salad with onions and lemon, look it up online). For desert l have either berries or nuts. No rice, no breads, no sugars, no potatoes, no fruits apart from berries, no milk (except kefir). If you get hungry, take a spoonful of olive oil or coconut oil.
