I was 112 kg and now 91 in 4months alhamdulillah still working to lose 10 kg more inshallah. My diet is in break fast 2 boiled eggs without yellow and cup of tea with out milk and sugar just add lemon. Lunch one roti and vegetable salon and salads. Dinner only to cucumber. And 1 hours gem drink water as much as possible but not cold should be fresh water
Motivation is another thing but he is a young boy that's why he did weight loss very easily , 40+ aged type of people very hard to get the goal. By the way I am 25 years old because of some madicine my wight gain in very early. I did some walk and maintain my food habits. I lose my weight 7.5 kg in just 14 days 💪💪💪😇😇😇

@@BrightRightInfo 10 day i continue with protein diet and after I take it as a challenge i avoid all kind of junk. I drink 6 to 8 glass of hot water in a day and yogurt salads and in dinner I used always chicken cabbage soup.
