You need to change that title bc you dont show how to change the date! we all know how to change the time but not the date my guy!
I'm 76, thank you; your explanation was easy for me.
Garmin make a sophisticated watch that can pretty much do everything but no simplistic date setting option. I live in a city with high rised buildings and limited space i cant relying on the gps to set the date.
To change the date, you have to activate the GPS, and automatically will set the date. You can check it at the user manual, page 21 "The device may need a clear view of the sky to acquire satellite signals. The time and date are set automatically based on the GPS position...". Before to activate the GPS, turn off the night vision mode.

Thank you! The little manual sucks and their on-line manual didn’t explain it hardly at all. I never knew the GPS button was ‘Enter’.

Thanks so much for posting this. Very helpful. I travel a fair amount (just long enough to forget how to do this. ) So, it's great to be able to consult this video. Have to hand it to Garmin though for taking what should be a simple and straightforward procedure and making it this difficult and completely counter-intuitive.

No it doesn't, I was doing something changing the date and I changed it back but now its stuck like that date the app doesn't display resting heart rate or high cause it can't hold any information for some reason now?
