Just look up international real estate firms research reports. If this is the caliber of an IIT student, no wonder IIT’s rankings are pretty low.

Well, most of Hyderabad is extremely dense and unplanned. This is only a tiny part. If you look at satellite imagery of both of this cities, Bengaluru is far better in planning

Didn't come to see Hyderabad but the driving culture. Soon understood that development and growth is only in terms of infrastructure not mindset. Looks like public transport is weak too. Also I cannot understand why building more flyovers is any improvement aesthetically. Actually flyovers are sacrificing beauty for comfort.
