This song is anti-crime. I'm a 64 year-old black moderate Democrat, and I'm anti-crime and pro self-defense. We're all tired of people thinking they can do intentional harm and not face immediate consequences. I approve this message and this song is now on my playlist!
Nice review! Very down to earth.
What is the logic behind people saying this is racist?
I'm a 64 year old white moderate man from Alabama. I'm right there with you my friend.
@@vehemonthey are liberals they don't deal in logic.
@@vehemonI don’t think they have logic…
As a Black man and Ex democrat I APPROVE THIS SONG AND THE MESSAGE.
Ex democrat!! 👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@fraterperpetuuscoegi7668no common sense
Democrats have gone off the deep end. The right is far from perfect but align with many of my views like faith, family, and love of country.
Amen!!
@@fraterperpetuuscoegi7668id you lay the Crack pipe down before you commented on this?
Only people's who never lived in a small town don’t understand this song. Its about community and anti crime, NOT RACE
If you believe your comment, why do you suppose images of blacks and "liberal whites" were used in the video? People will remember the images. Are you too naive to know that folks from all political affiliations and skin colors commit crimes and are disrespectful towards law enforcement. I am against violence regardless of race, color or creed. Jason seems to have an agenda.
Amen!!!
Amen
Agree
I have never lived in a small town, I totally understand and agree with the lyrics.
I find it insane that street culture is consistently promoted throughout the media but you can’t have a song saying you should be a law abiding citizen
But that dirty dirty girl, cardi b can
Absolutely NO footage of Jan 6th Berserker Rednecks accosting policemen with American flag poles,
erecting a gallows - desecrating The Peoples House - and causing the loss of several lives...
Forgot to include that one... HMMM... INTERESTING... WONDER WHY...
Street culture serves a political purpose. It's to cause and create chaos...while keeping value of certain residential districts low.
..."can't have a song"?
Here's why his song is so controversial. He used the very same location where a black man was lynched for looking at a white woman back in the 1940s. As for the hyper suggestive videos showing riots some of the clips weren't even from American cities . Note that his video featured BLM protests that yes there was some violence, not acceptable obviously. However it's notable that the Pro Trump riot from 1/6 ( US Capitol) wasn't shown at all . As for him being cancelled, lol no he hasn't. A private company has the choice & the right to refuse to play objectionable content on their platforms. The Right , and the left consistently demonstrate how hypocritical they can be about " being cancelled "
It's BS that this song is controversial!!! Great song!!! SING IT JASON!!!
You go Jason! Great song with a great message AGAINST violence!
No matter your skin color we stand together.
Thanks Mike for showing the true American values! 👍😎
AMEN!!!!!!!!
Amen!!!
Amen
Have you ever noticed that the agendas that these people are pushing so hard are designed to separate us from one another? CRT, grooming, rioting and looting are the tools they use. If we stand together we can drive these scum back under their rocks!
All they did was blow this song up with the attention. Probably goes platinum now. There are going to be a lot of people supporting this song and him.
People in the "industry" will privately support him, but probably not publicly. Anything that appears racist, sexist, etc., usually creates controversy. Sometimes controversy effects revenue... and money talks. The lyrics are admirable, but the images obviously have an agenda.
Watch it speed right past Fast Car on the charts😂
@@ryanjeff1445😂
A lot more American Flags will be hanging! as they should! One Country, One Huge comunity! under ONE flag!
Including me. I support this message
Absolutely. Time to take back control from the idiots. Even if they are "offended".
I watched this video because I heard CMT canceled it. So I wanted to see what all the fuss was about and I have to say I like the song. It's about small town values regardless of race where everyone looks out for one another and they don't want big city problems. The video depicts all the violence and riots, chaos, and crimes that we witnessed for the past several years in big cities across the states. This song is not racist It's factual. I live near Los Angeles and I'm ready to move to a small town...
I'd recommend a small Midwestern one. They'd treat ya good . Hope you find a quaint and cozy one bud!
Except some of the footage they used isn't even from the u.s. it's from the protests in Canada 😂😂
If he is not bias, why do you suppose he chose certain images in his video. There have been far right, far left, and everything in between violent demonstrations. He, or whoever produced the video, was bias in their depiction of crime in America. Thus, opening the door for racial controversy...which probably was the intent.
@@smalltowntxscratcher6573 The point is dont try it. No one cares if there is footage from France, etc. Dont try it or you will face something that you wont in a big town. Its representation. And great presentation at that. I dont think anyone would dare come to this small town and try that shit, you will be lucky if you ,make it out alive. I promise that. Small minded ass folks.... SMH... Come get some if you brave. Keyboard warrior lookin ass. I promise there aint no keyboard warrior on this side Bro. I promise.
@@shawnmiles2970 you mean images of both whites and blacks commiting violence?
This is not a political statement. It is a social statement. I am a country boy from a mall town. My job took me to NYC for a year. That society is not for me. I see these big cities as a petri dish of bacteria and I got out as soon as I could.
Your WAY to kind on the big cities!! :)
Same but I lived in Chicago ( not proud of that mistake) for a few years. I couldn't get back to the Bluegrass fast enough
Same. Spent a lot of time in NYC this past year with a contract we got. I really like the people, the food, bars, comedy clubs and the way they drive, but I'm glad it would be for a week or two at a time. It helps that we bill our client for first class, premium SUV rental, million dollar airbnb and per diem so it's not a realistic everyday lifestyle and I still can't imagine living there full time unless I was making 500k minimum.
New York smells like sewer and garbage. The place is a dump. I couldn’t stand to be there more than 30 seconds
As a good ole boy he is right. Small towns have small police and sheriff departments, so it can take a long time for them to respond. That's why we have lots of guns and ammo. To help our family and neighbors, and or aid the small department because of something really bad happened. No matter your race, your part of our community.
I’m not a country fan. BUT!! This song won me over. Because of what it says ✌🏻❤️🎶🇺🇸 we all have to speak up for rationality under our nationality. Great message great commentary 🙏 Thank you
the people who find controversy in this song just live for being outraged, you will never not outrage them, it is their lifesblood.
You have a lot of growing up to do my friend. This song depicts Jason's outrage, which is his propagative, but you seem to be ok with that. So, you agree with outrage, as long as you agree with the words/actions. His small-town message is for people that look like this you-tube "influencer".
@@shawnmiles2970 no it's not. If you actually watched the video which by your comment I'm assuming you didn't there were white people in that vidoe commiting violence. In fact, the violence was started by a white man and most of the violence I saw were whites.
@shawnmiles2970 how can you NOT be outraged by the rioting and violence all over our country? He is not promoting violence at all, he is against it. He is for protecting one another, period. We all should be.
@@shawnmiles2970you missed the message completely. He is against crime and violence and advises we need to take care of each other. The clips in the video are real videos from actual riots that have happened. In 2017 Jason was also performing at a huge concert in Vegas where the largest mass shooting in U.S. history erupted while he was performing so maybe he has a different perspective than most. Also he is a performer, if I’m not mistaken he does not even write most of his songs he just performs them and they’re written by professional writers .
@@shawnmiles2970so saying that criminals shouldn't try the stuff they do in liberal cities you think it's directed at black people? Do you know how racist you sound? You're basically equating black people with criminals. That's your racism showing through not anyone else's. That's like if you see two people arguing, and one person is white and the other person is a poc, and you think the white person is racist for the argument, then that's your racism coloring the world around you. People can disagree regardless of their color, but we should all stand up to people destroying and terrorizing other people. That's what this song is about. Your racism is not wanted
CMT is the new bud light.
Great song!! It's all about real Americans standing against those who want to destroy our communities! I support that message!!
Amen dude...as a retired LEO who truly did the best he could and tried to help the less fortunate....this song is NOT racist. Its a fact of pride of small town community. I grew up in Chicago Illinois....can you imagine how I feel about the City where I grew up?....sad to think you couldn't pay me to live there or go there anymore. Thanks for your views on this and your support for the men and women of all color who did the job. I feel in todays world its not about race...its about like minded people of all races who band together to combat evil. Also I believe the people that are mostly complaining are liberal white people who are trying to stir the pot.
The liberals and left media just handed Jason Alden a #1 Song!! It is already at the top of the charts
The Barbara Streisand Effect.
A lot more American Flags will be hanging! as they should! One Country, One Huge comunity! under ONE flag!
If the Liberals and the left are upset you know your statement must be correct , everything the left pushes is Satan's agenda ....The Liberals are complete evil in every way , they are all filled with a demonic spirit
Problem is our culture gives too much credit to a feeling or emotion. Ok you're offended, move on, don't listen to it. Let's be mature and learn to live with difference of opinions.
Exactly, Im a patriot and a conservative. I disagree with the views of liberals so I don't listen to them, the difference with conservatives is we just refuse to listen to liberals spewing garbage yet they disagree with us but want to silence us.
@@brendavisceglia9034 we are in America and Jason Aldean has that right to defend and do this song ...just like rappers have the right to sing about gun violence and gang violence and Poppin someone ...why is no one protesting that...I see a double standard..
@brenda just to be clear: who’s inciting violence? Certainly not Jason. The very worst you could say is that he’s promoting the right to self-defense.
@@brendavisceglia9034 I kinda see what you mean however the issue here is that people are calling it "racist" when it is not infact racist. Thats the issue here. The only "hatred" it incites is between the people that love the song and dislike it that hatred was create by people not Jason Aldean.
Now personally I see it unwelcoming song towards criminals, not hatred. And this is were people have a problem with they think he talking in reference about a political group or race because the media is portraying it like so. If you watch the video he specifically puts clips of those criminals at 0:23 armed dude robbing a store 0:33 protester spitting in a cops face 0:44 riotors throwing blunt objects and 1:34 a smash and grab robbery their various other clips.
While I am a republican in NY I had a special childhood in that I seen many sides of the east coast I seen the country and the city It was not uncommon for me to be in NYC one day and the next day I was in the mountains upstate at a farm actually when visiting family down south I took a train form NYC through the south . So I understand what he talking about entirely. And I know it not about potlics because quite frankly I know more democrats that live in small towns then republcians. I also know that it not about race because their an older man who was African American that was cherished by people in his community. This song is about city culture were crime isn't taken seriously and people care more about themselves then others. It calls out how the city doesn't have people that stand up towards criminals that ruin communities and highlights how small town community care for their own. Just look at the lyrics
Well, try that in a small town
See how far ya make it down the road
'Round here, we take care of our own
He telling criminals try doing what they do in the city their, the people here will take a stand and it not just firearms but with their own hands people assume it frie arm cause it mention in the song but just caused it mentioned doesn't mean he saying that who they answer to all problems and that where I think stertypes of country folks comes in
@@chinookh4713 Republican in NYC? Oof. You have my sympathies, friend. Good luck, and you're welcome to the barbecue if you ever find yourself in my part of Alabama. I hope the city council get's their heads screwed on straight and un-outlaws wood fired pizza ovens. NYC pizza and a proper Coney Island footlong were two of the very few things I was looking forward to in the event of a trip there.
Great American song! A country without laws is no longer a country. Keep doing your thing Jay! United We Stand! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The more I hear this song the more I love it.
I'm not a country music fan but I'll be bumping this song on Spotify now
His small town is the same as my small town. We help each other, defend each other, laugh hard, work hard, play hard, fight hard and stand together. We are not perfect, we don't all agree, we have our differences but we work them out. We care about honor and respect not the shade of each other's skin. We are patriotic. We live it. It is who we are. The cowards who hide behind narratives created by politicians and grifters are the people who live in hate and chaos will call this song racist and violent. Listen to this song. It is time to say enough is enough, stand for what is right, back each other up, bring peace and community home.
Doubt we've ever met but I love you.
JK but for real, what you said, is how it really is & we should have each other's back. I have keys to many homes. They don't trust many, if any, in their home, alone. Feels good to be so dependable & trustworthy. Sadly, only my sister knows where my spare key is. Wish I had as much faith in folks as they do me.
I sleep with my door open because I know I'm going to be safe.
Anyone as long as they are gun loving Maga people
Thank you SO much for reviewing this song. He was actually in Las Vegas performing when all of those people were killed. He wants us as Americans to be there for each other. Good Ole boys and girls refers to character not race. Thank you again for explaining that.
You are a very well spoken young man, and I very much respect your view. I 💯 agree with your statements. We need more people to open their eyes and realize that words have more then one meaning.
They make everything political. Stand strong
divide and conquer is the goal
The video made it political and Propaganda for the Alt Right.
@@carrollsanders9376 It's true. It's not false propaganda that the left wing spreads
@@carrollsanders9376 And the riots, looting, burning, smash and grabs, black on black murders, show the violent left. I'll believe my eyes, and make my own decision which is propaganda.
@carrollsanders9376 made it political how. It showed real life violence. These things in the video really are happening.
Good ole boy is not indicative of any race. It means they are a country person raised with country values. Love your interpretation of this!
Please tell me the "small town" he is referring to. I grew up in a very small, conservative southern town. I learned that people are the same everywhere; there are just more or less of them. Good and evil co-exist in small towns...believe me!
@@shawnmiles2970yes evil exist in a small town but it's a different type of good an evil
Gives me goosebumps everytime!! This could be the new national anthem in my book 🇺🇲
It truly needs to be! It represents ALL American Patriots!!! ❤🇺🇸🙌
Apsouluty, I thought the same thing!
I've been loving the reaction videos today haha. Nice to see most folks agree on this.
Thank you so much for speaking out ❤. I live in a small town & yes, there is amazing unity in our town that doesn't recognize race, skin color or political ideology. And when we were threatened with people coming to our town, everyone rallied to stand guard because we felt exactly what this song describes as we do when someone's place catches on fire or cattle get out or one of our churches has picnic. That's just the way small towns are & I don't think any of us would trade it for the world. ❤
I live a predominatly black small town in Eastern NC, nothing but love and support here ✌️
I live in a small town south of SA, TX. We are always there for each other regardless of skin color. I would defend my neighbors and community just like I would a family member.
So why do you think you are ,,how dare you live a happy Successful life in a small town,,l bet you own a gun to ,,,, It’s people like you,,, That Piss off every anti-American, who lives in the United States,, And every communist China.. I’m just saying
All Jason Aldean is saying is FAFO with country folks. He is not wrong. We look out for our neighbors out here in the sticks.
As a person who grew up in a farming community as a teen I agree completely. My neighbor had a dog that would hang out with the kids at the bus stop at the end of the dirt road every morning in the dark with us. It was a very different time.
Yesss
The song was released 2 months ago, the video was released less than a week ago. This is Colombia, Tennessee, he thought it was a great small town to film the video, not knowing in 1927 the courthouse was the scene of the lynching of an 18 year old young man, it's terrible history that we can all agree. Also the Hannah Montana movie was filmed there too and Miley Cyrus was not cancelled because she is leftwing. Thank you woke people for making this song go #1 #backfired
Yeah, absolutely did backfire for sure they probably thought it was gonna spark, right people hating each other, but I think it not only backfire, but have the adverse effect, and will make tight little Nick communities as he talks about more united, and bring more and more Americans together thank you you left us assholes for showing us your true colors and for what you’re really trying to do that is country I can say for sure you probably just create a lot of enemies God bless everybody on here. God bless you, young man as reacting to this video with your own eyes and ears, and God bless you, Jason Aldean for making a song, absolutely reeks of truth, justice, and the American way.
Yeah, and Miley Cyrus sister called Candance Owens a nappy head b**ch. And she got away with it. Why? Because Candance is a conservative. Now imagine if Miley's sister called a liberal black woman that name.
Being from a small town, I fully understand this song and agree with it.
I posted some reaction videos on my FB page from a lot of black guys and they all agree...there is NO RACISM or LYNCHING going on in Jason Aldean's song. They all agree what he is saying is FACT and it goes for ALL races. One black guy I watched his reaction and he said...what race do people think of when they hear "robbed a liquor store" (he said BLACK). He said "what race do u think of when u hear there were 15 bodies found buried in the back yard? White all day!!" He said that. Then I got to thinking, what about drug cartels and sex traffickers?? People think LATINO/MEXICAN (and white). He said what race do u see spitting in cops faces the most? He said WHITE. EVERY RACE has criminals. Jason Aldean is just saying TRY THAT IN A SMALL TOWN...they will find you, find out about you, won't let it continue to happen, they will fight for they have and for each other. They stand by each other. They also watch each other's properties when people aren't home. One black guy on You Tube said even his black ghetto neighborhoods stood by each other and wouldn't put up with any crime to their little shops and stores. It's not just white people that would take care of their own....it goes for ALL cultures.
Not one black in this. White in the cops face. Carefully edited because he knew babies will cry
100% facts.
@@happyretireeshcexactly what I said, every perpetrator in this video was W H I T E! I certainly don’t immediately go to “black people” when I think of violence incited against people during riots.
I appreciate your comment. Thought provoking. Thanks.
I shared a bunch of reaction videos also. Nobody is finding the song or the video racist or divisive. And so far I haven't seen anyone pointing anything to the contrary in the comments.
I grew up in Ione, Ca about 35 minutes from Sacramento and Jason is right. Try that in Ione and find out what happens. We take care of our own there and everyone knows everyone. Jason is saying the Truth and the left can't handle it. Rappers say way worse things in their "music".
Agree. Robeson county NC ran the kkk off in the late 50s, BLM in '20. It has nothing at all to do with racism. You didn't help build this community, you sure as heck aren't welcome here to destroy it. Move on & find the weak ones. We've all got enough problems without these people bringing more.
I live in a rural county in Ohio. I hear gun fire on a Sunday morning, I'm happy, means my neighbors are up early and doing some target practice. They are practicing a divide and concur psy ops on us. Don't care about the color of your skin, care about your character. Scum comes in a rainbow of colors, if I don't like you, it's about who you are on the inside not the outside.

How do people such as yourself not have a bigger voice in society? Well, i know why, but how do we fix it?
Those who incite hatred and division seem to get the majority of attention, while levelheaded, intelligent individuals like yourself, who have the ability to quickly dissect the official bs narrative and bring people back together, are suppressed by algorithms.
Either way, just found you today and subbed. Keep doing what you do. 👍👍
It's all about control. They cannot hold back the silent majority and it's scaring the hell of them. So, they continue to censor everyone who goes against the plans of the Global Elite.

It’s only offensive to industry that have been thriving off the violence and chaos like the media and certain political parties that pander to that crowd.
It's offensive to parents who unfortunately have to deal with children seeing this kind of violence. The video is violent. The attack on the Capital was violent. The entire country is more focused on violence than they are on clean water, and education for their children. Stop making it political. It is not political. The video is clearly showing a small white town using their constitutional right to keep anyone other than white people in their community and threatening them with violence. It just seems like such a waste. Look, he's making a whole lot of money from this. I hope he can use it as a teaching moment rather than a hate builder.
@@brendavisceglia9034..Bollocks.. The videos are real and were shown worldwide. They’re showing all kinds of people wrecking towns and businesses by looting small local shops etc that a lot of people rely on for their everyday essentials.
Some folks don’t always have the means to be able to travel very far to get what they need to feed their family or themselves because of disability etc so they’re reliant on local shops, looters have now shut down the small shops that these people used because the small businesses can’t sustain the losses that the looters caused them! This is the reality that’s happening all around us, stop making excuses for idiots who don’t realise they have to work for a living, I’m sick and tired of paying my taxes etc so they can get up late, eat drink and be Merry!!
The most controversial thing I heard as a guitarist was yes that lead guitar tone was bad ass. And I'm not a country song guy
That tone was just sick...
His band is frickin awesome. Even better live.
Right there with you. Been playin for most of my 49 years, and that tone was on point
Agreed ..... i want to know the specs of his rig. That thing sounds incredible! Looks like a PRS guitar so that helps a lot... they're awesome guitars.
Yeah, that PRS sounded freaking amazing!!!
As a 60 year old Black American and retired former police officer who returned home to the great state of Mississippi, I stand 110% with Jason Aldean. I see nothing racist or threatening in the words nor the video, just the plain way we good ole country folks see it.
Thanks for you deep dive and honest perspective of this song. Agree, people are just looking for controversy where it doesn’t exist. Well done my friend, stay safe.
Thank you for your reaction to this video. Every reactor who doesn’t buy into the BS of the cancel culture is a stepping stone to the unification of our country. New Sub! ❤️🎶
Just because someone doesn't like something doesn't make it cancel culture. This country , you think, is only far right or far left but 50% of the country is MODERATE. An open, non-violent discussion is going on here without blaming or hating one another. I think that is a good thing.
Should be a new 4th of July classic 🇺🇸🦅
This is how people in small towns take care of each other no matter the skin color, or political affiliation. I'm a small town boy, and this is spot on.
You totally nailed it! Very well said!! He's holding up a mirror to everyone about the horrible events. We have to decide which behavior in those videos best reflects ourselves. The people committing crimes and those who condoned it are the ones flipping out. They are the ones who don't want to see their own reflection because it forces them to see how disgusting that behavior was and they'd have to admit wrongdoing. Holding themselves accountable. Do you want to be the mugger, fire setter, spitter, flag burner, robber? Or do you want to be the one who protects? What reflection do you want to see?
Love to see young thinkers. Great reaction. You give me hope for the future of our country.
Amen!
It's a great song. It is a anti violence.
Weeeelllll it’s not really anti violence. It’s FAFO. It’s answering violence with violence. But sometimes you have to bully the bully.

To address the individuals that continuously inquire as to whether I'm privy to the filming location, yes, I am, and it still does not amend my initial perception. The filming location was also utilized in the production of Hannah Montana, yet the only reason people are referring to this is racism is predicated on the subject matter. I truly am under the perception that had this song been about quite literally anything else the filming location would have been impertinent.

I'm a black woman who identifies as an American. I never heard of Jason until now, I absolutely love this song. Jason has a new fan.
Isn't it nice to see everyone come together regardless of age or race and reject the false narrative that the song or video was racist. I think most people are seeing the media as liars trying to instill fear, hate and division because of a song about community.
The song's message applies equally to black and white (or any other race) communities. Try doing that stuff in a black community and see how long you last. It's exactly the same as in a white or mixed community.
See in most Southern towns you are raised that the Golden Rule "do unto others as you would have done to you" is indeed fact and that is how you lived your life. Period. End of discussion. I really don't understand this younger generation and finding hate in everything.
I appreciate you, as well as other reactors, who call this 🐄 💩 out.
Feed Love! Starve hate. 🤘
Jay well thought out review of this and correct! Your delivery is very good and thoughtful! We are all just good ole boy's and good ole girl's if are parents did their job correctly! It matters not if it's north or south we are all Americans, and many of us were raised in small towns looking out for everyone!
Your after-video line by line breakdown was very well articulated and by far the best part. 👍
to anyone who is against that song, if it offends you.... perhaps you're actually ashamed of your own behavior and you don't like a light being shined on you.
It's not the lyrics that are creating controversy, it is the images. He is bias because he purposely excluded far-right /conversative crimes and violent demonstrations (January 6 for example). People aren't as naive as you would like them to be. Why is everything so polarized in Ameria?
Yes!!! That's exactly what I've been saying. It's like he's holding up a mirror to all those people and they don't like the reflection they see.

YES EXACTLY 💯
Thats just how were are in a small town. Do city people not think black people live in small towns? Lol. I live in a very diverse area. Black, white, hispanic. We all help each other. ❤
First time on your channel you are a very intelligent and well spoken young man will continue to watch your videos
Subscribed. Came here for this song. Will stay because I agree 100% with what you have said. I only wish everyone was as insightful and indeed, patriotic, as you.
Thanks for speaking about the destruction of small businesses and how destroying those is damaging to the community. I have 2 childhood friends that have their own businesses and it is not easy which is why most start ups fail.
Yea man Jason has a badass band but I follow him he stands for what he believes in he isn't bad as what people say I love his music
Hopefully this song will bring everyone together #lovemysmalltown❤
You are just speaking facts, eloquently as well. When those who say there is pro-lynching undertones, means is there isn't anything in the video but they interpret the sucker punching, robbing, looting etc. to be a black thing which in itself is racist to assume that. Seriously crazy but those who say there are undertones are actually being racists saying those bad things relate to black folks. Great commentary Jay!
Beautiful reaction Jay Rah!! 😊💓🤘✌️
I’m glad I found your channel! You do an outstanding job putting your thoughts to words.
Very well said. Nice to hear an explanation explained at this level. Thank you for your reaction.
you just got a subscriber. nice to see a very intelligent , objective minded young man.
Me too, new subscriber, very level headed reaction 😂
I think the controversy is with the people who are making their opinions based on their feelings. I heard nothing implied in the song that would be racial. Criminals are held in higher regard than the victims in some of these cities.
Nice it's great to see everyone pulling together for are country 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Spot on my brother!
Way to break it down.
Just gotta look at who is so offended to get your answer about why it’s “controversial.”
Bravo friend thanks for standing up for good vs evil nothing more nothing less.
God Bless Jason and God Bless America
I love your breakdown and explanation. I myself am also from the south and your integrity and intellect are amazing my man. You got a new subscriber in me.
THIS BLACK MAN LOVES THIS SONG & I'M NOT EVEN INTO COUNTRY MUSIC ....
As a 22 year old Gen Z country boy, It gives me hope that people are finally waking up to the bullshit. For way too long the media and liberals have been trying to control our thoughts but when it comes to this song we can all unify and say that there is nothing controversial about it. I lived in a small town in my childhood, and everything that Jason Aldean said is absolutely true. We would never put up with this.
I'm a 62 yo white woman. I never have understood why people think this is racist! This is anti-violence.
Interesting take on a song that basically says in a small town “we watch out for each other.”
Good to see you and hear your points of view Keep up the great work
Thank you sir for your transparent, unbiased and truthful reaction to this song. I heard it for the first time today and agree with you and all you said. The truth will set you free. Amen.
I was raised in a small, moved to the city and came back. Yes we all have guns. They don't come out unless we go hunting or shooting. #FAFO. we should all want to take care of each other regardless of race. Thank you for doing the video.
Thank you for your honesty. I loved the way you explained your feelings. We need to come together and show our unity to those that are trying to destroy this country by separating us into separate camps. We need to be just one camp. You just got a new subscriber!! 💯👋👋💯👋
Thank you for taking your time to analyze and being objective! Many words of wisdom way beyond your uears! Thanks again. New subscriber!
Im 68 and grew up in a NC small town and we all were friends, the West side of town was called Smithville which was black, it wasn’t nothin for us to be in a social club there and being the only white people there and only once had anyone said something to me and instantly I was surrounded by friends... it was a small town and we didn't put up with our own folks and friends... most are gone but we still keep in touch...
This speaks volumes about closeness of the people who live in small towns...❤️🇺🇲❤️🇺🇲❤️🇺🇲
You're a very smart young man. Thank you for showing there is hope for humanity. God Bless
They want the "sound of freedom" to be old news. Also, this is the best song to come out since the Angry American by Toby Kieth.
This is some BS!!!! DONT APPOLOGIES!!! Man, I am a 60 year old Black Man, Retired Gunny(USMC) and I LOVE this song!!! There is NOTHING racist about it!! Day by day, more and more people are waking up to what's been going on. Ideological Subversion is a slow process!!🇺🇲👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Thank you for your service Gunny. I'm a 63 y/o white guy, the people that are criticizing it don't want us coming together and a sense of community, they want hate, fear and division all just to increase their power over the common person.
Jason is just saying If you mess around in a small town you will FAFO!! We stand with you Jason ❤️
I LOVE all my black, brown, gay, etc neighbors in my small town. I will defend you as my own if you are threatened! But we will not tolerate lawlessness, and for that matter bad manners or behavior!
PS. Love your commentary!❤
Wow very well said I’ve watched a bunch of reaction videos love your outlook on things.
The "controversy" around this song is a perfect example of "MANUFACTURED" outrage. Most of the people doing bad things in the video look white. Most of the things he complains about are done most often by whites. This song only highlights that most small towns are one of the only remaining communities left in this nation. They WILL take care of you good (be charitable in a small town and IT WILL be recipricated), bad (do bad things in a small town and bad things WILL happen to you), ugly, beautiful, etc. .
But, but the lynching. . . News flash, EVERY courthouse has seen people "lynched" legally and illegally, right and wrong.
Truly a Great American Song!!! LOVE IT!!!
I love this song because it gives a strong voice to every day Americans who want to be safe and live a decent life.
The only part I had a real problem with was was when they burned the Flag.
I'm not from the south, and I knew it referred to southern people, not to race. People are just looking for a reason to be pissed.
This is probably the best reaction / interpretation / explanation / verse by verse of the song THANK YOU !
You, sir, have given me hope for our future ! I'm a 62 year old white woman, and watching clips on the stupidity of our kids-YOU are a ray of shining light ! You understood every single aspect of the song and video-im praying there are more young people just like you ! God Bless ! Liked and subscribed lol
People might believe you, if the world hadn't gone crazy. You should start a movement where good men are praised for taking care of their neighborhoods. These people doing evil, know they are wrong, pray for them.
Good old boys… Totally made me think of The Dukes of Hazard ✌️
