After the second process, rinse the pearls a lot more until they are not slimy and sticky.......that is the best before adding to cold deserts or drinks.

Confused, what is Sago? What examples of deserts or drinks can it be used with? Is it sweet or similar to Cassava (tapioca)?

Tapioca pearls and sago is the same.
You can use it with mango bango, sagot gulaman, or halo-halo..

Sago has no taste. Sometimes it is eaten with caramelised coconut sugar or brown sugar and two table spoons of coconut milk(santan) poured over it. A nice dessert. Where we couldn't get santan , we used evaporated milk but it's nicer with santan . Serve tea cup portion.

SANA MAPANSIN. Bka pde naman 20mins ang paglaga ng sago diretso na kc gnun din naman db total mins of boiling 20mins pinagod u lang ung sarili u sa pag tanggal alis at pag lagay ng another water tpos ilalagay u parin naman ng 10mins again. Bakit bawal ba yang gnyang diretsong 20mins ang pglalaga?? At anu ang dpt gwn para ndi mgdikit dikit ang pearl once ilalagay na ito sa buko pandan
