Using a new wash cloth daily is a great idea. Got to go shopping for more. I only use white and they get discolored really fast. Thanks for the tip.

I don’t dilute, I just use a little little bit! A little goes a long way with Dr. Bronners!

I have been struggling with my hygiene and down there stinks and I'm wondering how to fix it but I don't want to tell my mom or siblings cause then there gonna be like u stankey and imma cry a lot
Hey love, if you’re struggling with an odor I personally think you should tell your mom and schedule a doctors appointment just to make sure it’s not a UTI. A lot of the time harsh odors and abnormal colored discharged are caused by UTI’s which is nothing to be ashamed of. If you truly believe it’s poor hygiene I suggest looking into different vaginal soaps that help balance your PH and help you stay fresh💗💗

Don’t be ashamed. Your mom is the only one to tell. Maybe try cleaning really good with your hand and some soap n dry well
N make sure it isn’t a hygiene issue. If the smell Doesn’t go away it could be a minor infection which is common and normal.
do not put soap inside the hole
And don’t forget to wash with warm water because that reduces oders (Down there)
