LIPSTICK WEAR TEST NOTES:
I only got to wear this for a few hours, but loveeed how it looked! It set down a little more after applying, but never felt overly drying. It also hardly transferred onto my water cup! It seems like something that would have great longevity if needed :) I’ll have to try wearing it for a full day sometime soon! Hope this helps! xoxo

Desire and passion are colors that make great year-round neutrals for medium olive tones. I don't wear makeup often enough to justify high-end prices. Milani always comes through with unique, flattering shades.
I would vote “yes” to seeing you do an updated fall fave (and maybe even holiday?!) lipstick video. I also wear more lipsticks during the fall and winter seasons. I continue to be amazed at the number of great new shades available out there that I’ve not had the opportunity to try. Thanks for doing these type videos Allie!

The last lipstick the dark reddish brown gives such 90’s vibes that lipstick all over the lip and a lighter shade in the middle would be incredible!

I love all of them. I miss wearing lipstick so much. I can only wear it when I make my videos, because I have to wear a mask 8 hrs a day. I miss wearing a full face of makeup. I only do my eyes, so that’s why I do so many different colors and looks every day. People can’t wait to see me at work to see what eye look or outfit I’m going to wear, especially one of my supervisors.
I feel this. I am even considering selling all my makeup cuz I cant enjoy them much elanymore
@@jchoward4399 I sold almost everything. It felt good to declutter. And it all went to people who will love it and actually use it, rather than it wasting away on my shelves. I kept like 10 small palettes that I actually use and only about a 3rd of my lipsticks. I had more stuff than I could ever wear in a lifetime even if we were able to wear full faces. It just was too much that I'd get overwhelmed when I'd try to pull a look together. Now everything that I have in NY makeup collection I actually truly LOVE.
Edit: plus, I made a far chunk of change that I really needed. I had a lot of palettes that were limited edition etc. I'm so glad I did it. Total win-win for everyone
I wear lipstick while driving in my car( no mask) so I look ok to others...longwear stays on because I use mask guard.
you’re wearing the wrong lip products, if you’re getting transfer.
Don’t let wearing a mask stop you from wearing a moisturizing lippy.
if you have a transfer problem, pick a colour you like from a quality, no transfer formula.

I was just rewatching one of your wedding makeup tutorials before this video posted (I LOVE rewatching your wedding makeup tutorials over and over and over) and I was thinking. I love your makeup bags, I have multiples of all the sizes in the original color and I want to pick up the pink shade too, but I think it would be super cool for you to add a mirror to your merch that fits with your makeup bags that says “assess the situation”. I would totally buy them!
That's a great idea! I would definitely buy that mirror! And, same with the bags! I bought them for travel, but find myself using some of them to organize & curate smaller portions of my makeup collection.

Allie! I got one to try, in the shade "Passion", and I'm already head over heels about it! I can see myself making this one my #1 for the colder seasons, in the same way "Touch of Spice" from Maybelline was my go-to autumn and winter lipstick in years past. "Passion" is more brown and more burnt red (Touch of Spice is more mauve and more berry) but they both have that je ne sais quoi quality of being apparent while being muted. I love it! Thanks for the video! (I might order "Secret" and mix both shades!)

I’d love to see tips on how to keep your lips moisturized in the fall/winter. I just can’t seem to stay away from those fall lip crayons and products that are drying!
I went out and bought 4 of them today because of this video. 😂 I haven’t worn a matte lipstick in YEARS because I hate how drying they are but these are very soft and comfortable! At least upon initial application. I haven’t worn them for longer than it took to try them out on my lips. Lol

"Secret" is my favorite! It's the perfect nude for my light-medium, neutral undertone skin. Comfortable and lasts a good while. Love it!

I have been in love with burgundy lipsticks this fall.
I have a similar skin tone as you, not sure if you want to try it, but it's Maybelline Divine Wine (695) and I pair with L'Oreal lip liner in Truly Burgundy.

Love, love, love the Milani color fetish lipsticks! Most lipstick/gloss just sits on top of my lips and clumps, but these look and feel great. And I think the packaging is beautiful too. Big bonus for me: they're vegan 💚

Passion and Desire for sure! Thanks for showcasing these Milani lipsticks Allie, I've paused MANY times at their display but held off choosing any, I tend to have bad luck choosing colors in store. I get them home and hate the color on my lips. Now I can confidently buy the two colors that I'm sure will look great on my skin tone.🤗
