Totally agree with 1st reply. Maybelline sky high!! It's just superb! Another one I love to layer it with is the maybelline rocket mascara...its never been very talked about as far as I can tell. But wow! The 2 together are an amazing combo! 👌 Also...while watching this video, I had a random idea! When it got the end and Allie and others were talking about how much they loved Tatis eyeshadow pallette and will forever cherish it as a keepsake and memory,...what about once it expires, finding some type of slimmer shadow box or possibly poster frame to display it in?? I think it would be absolutely gorgeous displayed on the wall in a beauty room for sure!! 😍 just thought I would throw that out there! 😊
I truly love Tati's palette, it's such a well thought product and you can actually feel how much work she was putting into it. I hope she'll relaunch her brand in the future and I'll have the chance to buy this palette again.
She said in one of her recent videos that Tati beauty won’t be coming back, but I’m hoping maybe one day she will open a different company with the same formula

I'm not sure that the Tati palette could be classed as the 'best eyeshadow palette to exist', considering that it wasn't available to a great percentage of the world 🤔.
I didn’t consider myself an eyeshadow palette hoarder. That is, until I realized I own every single one in this list. 😂 Also, I couldn’t help myself and bought a backup Tati palette from eBay (twice the price but no regrets).

When Tati Beauty was released I was young and didn't have a job then so I wasn't able to afford her Vol. 1 palette, but I wanted it so badly. I told myself that when I'm older I will get it and see what other products she comes out with, but sadly she shut it down so I was unable to get my hands on it :( But I can't wait to follow her new journey and see where it takes her!!
I’m in the same boat, but now I have other eyeshadow palettes. The glitters and mattes in Tati’s palette are unique though. It’s okay. Hopefully, she creates another palette with colorful tones or cool tones.
I’m on my second Modern Renaissance palette, because to me it is 100% the GOAT of palettes! I wore it on my wedding day, and used it every day for years. I still pull it out at least twice a week, the formula and color story are just unbeatable! This is also the palette which started my love affair with makeup, and eyeshadow in particular. I gave my Modern Renaissance to my sister since I realized I'm not a warm tones person, and she's hit pan on almost every shade. Soft Glam definitely is more my color story. I need to get it.

It was the first eyeshadow palette I ever bought because of the hype, but I never fell in love w it-and I’ve watched many recent decluttering videos with similar feedback. I thought it’s hype must have just been luck, but ig there acc are ppl who truly do like the formula and have good experiences w it! Fascinating…love this series Allie!
Hear me out. Same happened to me with tarte in bloom palette, I cant never ever make it work for me. It doesnt show up well in my eyes no matter what I do, BUT whenever I use it with other people, is just THE perfect palette. I dont know why, so maybe that could happen with you. for your skin undertone, or skin type, just doesnt work, but for others is magic.
I have 8/10 of these pallets and I couldn’t agree more with the list. The Patrick Ta is climbing up as one of my favorites too. The Tati palette will forever be a favorite of mine, I cherish it so much. I hope Tati creates more in the future.

Going Coconuts is such a good go-to palette. I’m surprised Sultry wasn’t on this list, I just got it in December after searching for it for years in the discount department stores. I’ve been using it so much!
I liked the Sultry palette so much more than I thought I would. I found it kind of difficult to wear Modern Renaissance without it looking heavy-handed because of the pigmentation (and the shadows always creased, no matter how I prepped my eyes). But Sultry has been really workable for glam looks. I love how the shimmers have a grittier, substantive look.
Allie, this video was great fun. I retired in 2020 (at age 61) and finally had the time to learn how to wear makeup. ND, PMG, and Dior palettes are my favorites. For the life of me, I can’t seem to get the hang of foundation or concealer. I wish you made housecalls, so that you could teach me the techniques that make you so stunningly beautiful and flawless. You are cute as a button!

I use the Anastasia pallet almost every time I do my makeup even if I start with another pallet. It has great transition colors, shimmers and pop of colors. I can't resist it. It's front and center in my arsenal! ❤️

I bought ABH Modern Ren for my high school graduation in 2017! I've since graduated college and still love it. Sadly mine seems to have expired as some of the shadows don't perform as they used to. But I think I might get another for summer this year
I have been amazed by Colour Pop! Going Coconuts and Nude Mood are my favorites, because I am warm toned,, but my BFF loves That's Taupe. Both of us are 40ish and have tried all the fancy eyeshadow brand over the years, and have been so surprised by how good CP is and how inexpensive.
I didn’t write in bc I knew it wouldn’t win. BUT I would LOVE for you to try the Scott Barnes Snatural 2 palette. It is sooooo good. I never see anyone talk about it but it’s a great neutral palette with cool tones. So good. I think you would love it.
It was love at first swipe for me when I tried the Tartelette in Bloom. I have tons of eyeshadows in my collection too, but Tartelette in Bloom will always be my favorite palette of all time and will repurchase over and over again! ❤️

I ABSOLUTELY use my ABH Modern Renaissance. I just picked it up like 2 years ago. Buon Fresco is my PERFECT crease shade. It's so unique. I got Soft Glam at the same time and i love it too!

I just bought the retro mercury palette by huda beauty and I'm obsessed! I love the look of the palette and the colors. It my fav palette I own and I even bought it for my sister last week for her bday and he screamed.... I guess that means she likes it too. ;)
My all time favourite palette is ABH Norvina. It even was my wedding palette! Second place is Nabla Soul Blooming. Beautiful colours, unlike any that I've seen. I am so sad that I was never able to buy Tati's palette, but I hope that she will surprise us with something great in the future :)

Modern Renaissance started my pallet obsession, too. I bought it as a reward for grades for my step-daughter. At first the cost gave me a heart attack. Then I snuck into it to see what all the fuss was about and now I have like 200 pallets. 😄

I am very boring when it comes to eyeshadow, my favorite is the Victoria Beckham eye brick in signature but I also absolutely love the tartlette in bloom palette! I love how easy the eye brick is, I only go for the same two looks and the tones just suit me perfectly. I just found your channel! I love these types of videos because I learn so much about what is available. I am 64, just getting back into makeup, so am learning everything! I love color as an artist, and now have a big eyeshadow hoarding problem! My favorite mascara so far is the MAC Magic Extension mascara. My thin sparse lashes look very good with this one. I also have used L’Oréal Voluminous mascara primer for years. I have backups of this one. The primer really helps lengthen and gives volume. Those are my two holy grails! Loving your channel!

My all time favorite Mascara is the Lancôme Lash Idôle mascara, the formula is si thin so you wont see those annoying lumps on your lashes, it lasts a long time but my lashes are so easy to controll, but if you have those very difficult lashes, they just come in with a waterproof formula! I am in your 50 plus demographic and my number one is also the Tati Beauty palette! I have been into makeup for over 40 years and there has never been anything close to this palette in all that time. For real, Soft Glam it’s an absolute hit! I buy different palettes, I’m always looking for something cute, trying to not splurge so much, but maaaan I always comeback to Soft Glam, specially for special occasions. I don’t know why but at the moment I’m thinking in the whole look for my birthday or something like that, always always think first in Soft Glam. What a gem for makeup world. And about quality you know when the same brand has 2 great rated palettes in the same top 10, taking into account they’re not the newest, they became in an icon.
Absolutely love this series! I own nearly every palette that made this video! I agree with everything that has been said about Tati’s palette! It is special. I had just gotten in to makeup and just started watching beauty videos when she launched this. Of course I found her early on and was so excited when she announced the launch. I bought it immediately. As soon as I opened it I realized just how special it was. You can see and feel Tati in this palette. You can tell that she put her heart and soul into it. It is heartbreaking that she closed Tati beauty. BUT… I do believe in “right time, right place.” I do believe that when one door closes another opens. With that said, I just can’t help but feel that there is something big for Tati in the future. I don’t know… I just feel that.

Love 4 and 6 but my all time favorite is definitely the Modern Renaissance. I really got started on this palette and it works great for my eye color, I definitely still use and will probably need to get a new soon! Love the series and you, from Iowa!
I literally had one palette I’d been using for years, the original Naked palette, and a couple of single MAC shadows this fall. After watching your best neutral palettes I picked up ABH soft glam and loved it so much I grabbed the Norvina volume 5 and then the Modern Renaissance during the Black Friday Sale. Goes to show you and your fellow UA-camrs steered me right because in the last few months I grabbed 6 of these and the alter ego dupe for the Biba Palette after seeing those two compared! I was tempted my Retrograde but bought the Huda Rose Quartz instead. I also got ND retro and glam for Christmas and both did not disappoint! I did grab the Tartlette In Bloom Palette because these “boring” neutrals are absolutely my thing and the look I got was so pretty BUT those shadows fade like nothing else in my collection even with the NARS primer I grabbed after your recommendation. I’m really enjoying this series! Can’t wait to see the mascara video!

I'm in my 50's and have worn full make up since I was 18 yrs old. Now, I find the two best brands are Natasha Denona and Pat McGrath, they are so easy to blend evenly over wrinkled eye lids and even at my age the shimmers really look beautiful. When they came onto the market, it's the first time make up has really excited me since the days Mac and Shu Uemura were launched.
I was late to the party on Modern Renaissance, but it may be my absolute favorite. I started out by purchasing a drugstore dupe because I wasn’t sure I would love the color story. But I found myself hitting pan on the dupe, so I sprang for the real deal. Years later, it’s still the palette I go to when I can’t make up my mind and I just want to look good. The berry tones are so flattering on green eyes and the shadow quality is phenomenal.
Agree! Tati is such a beautiful soul deserving of this. I agree that timing is everything and her talent and love of beauty will evolve into something else just as wonderful as this palette! I am in my 50s and have been obsessed with make up my entire life. I love your content because you include drugstore products as well as prestige brands! This is a great series!

I would have to vote my #1 mascara for stila HUGE Extreme Lash Mascara because it really maximizes the volume, length, definition and curl of my lashes in only one coat. Before I tried this one, I thought the KVD Go Big or Go Home volumizing mascara would be the one I needed to repurchase. Yet the Stila one surprised me the most in many years of wearing and loving makeup- especially because it does not smudge, flake or irritate my eyes and I get the bold lash look I always desire so quickly. I can't tell you how many times I glanced over at my case that holds on my palettes smiling because I know I have several of these items, but the one that really warmed my heart was Tati's pallette being number 1. I'm actually afraid to use it because I don't want to run out of it. It's such a unique pallette and the formulas are so good. The Tati Beauty pallette and my Natasha Denona Minis are all together because they're my favorites. I really hope that Tati sees this video and sees how much people truly do love what she created.❤

Hi Allie, I don't have a one of these palettes. I didn't get into makeup really until my late 50s. I'm 61 now and my favorite palette no one even seems to know about. It's shared planet cosmetics tiger palette! She has cool toned polar bear palette as well.
100% agree that Tati’s palette is amazing and my top pick for best I’ve ever owned and worth every penny. I am so glad I was able to get this. Especially since her site is closed and she isn’t selling them anymore 😢 I really hope that sometime in the near future she will be able to create makeup again. Crystal here, from Texas! My favorite palette is the Jaclyn Hill, but I don't have Modern Renaisance, Soft Glam, ND Glam, or the Tati Beauty palettes, so I can't speak to those. I did want to say I have been looking at getting a new palette and I was considering all 4 until I found out about Tati Beauty (so sad). I will probably purchase ABH Soft Glam and ND Glam palettes next. I know this series is over, but I just found this video, subscribed, and wanted you to know it's been about 2 and a half years since I was excited about makeup and you've sparked a fire in me! Modern renaissance is THE BEST ONE! I’m in love with it. However, I have very sensitive eyes, and I always have a reaction when I use the two pinky colors. And still it’s my favorite palette ever

I was expecting UD’s OG naked palette to be first. Definitely wasn’t expecting it to be Tati’s palette. I hadn’t considered it would even be on the list.
My favorite drugstore mascara is the Honest Beauty primer and mascara in one. My first one got old and i repurchased it. Its not super volumizing but it gives great length and makes my lashes look so whispy compared to other drugstore mascaras(which whispy is the look i prefer). I love it! Its the only mascara i have ever purchased a second time. I normally try something new every time i buy mascara. I appreciate you and your videos. So much fun to watch. Keep it up!

I just bought the Color Pop Taupe eyeshadow palette about a week ago and here I see it as #10 in your video. I LOVE IT! It's fantastic for smokey eyes and super affordable at 14. at Ulta.
I love Tati's palette, too. My matte brown, black somehow ended up with a high moisture content & became almost unusable, idky...but other than that(glitters are not used much, by me) they're great. My favorite rows are STORY, SOOTHE, & AURA. AURA is my all-time favorite light slightly pink-tonight white brightening shade. For $48? The better I got at eyeshadow(thanks covid?)-the more I loved TNV1! I believe more will come... *I forgot to include, though many love it, so many YT'ers bashed the quality of this palette...I was trying to defend it, especially the size, design/uniqueness, & quality for the price. Very happy to have it.
I have been somewhat binge watching beauty videos lately. It started out of frustration with hooded eyes (I am 55) and not knowing how to deal with them. After a few videos on that, I just kept going. I found your channel and loved your top ten videos. I have completely overhauled my makeup and wanted to give you a shout out for your help. I have blue eyes and I have always used warm colors. I went out on a limb after hearing you talk about Colour Pop That’s Taupe palette. OMG. It’s perfect. I was always told to use warm reddish browns, etc., to make blue eyes pop. It looked good but I always felt like my makeup entered the room before I did. It was pretty, but I want you to see my eyes - not my eye makeup so much. Anyway, the taupe colors do the opposite. I love it! Thanks!

What’s inexpensive, doesn’t irritate your skin, and adds moisture without feeling greasy? When Tati Beauty was released I was young and didn't have a job then so I wasn't able to afford her Vol. 1 palette, but I wanted it so badly. I told myself that when I'm older I will get it and see what other products she comes out with, but sadly she shut it down so I was unable to get my hands on it :( But I can't wait to follow her new journey and see where it takes her!!

I’m in the same boat, but now I have other eyeshadow palettes. The glitters and mattes in Tati’s palette are unique though. It’s okay. Hopefully, she creates another palette with colorful tones or cool tones.
I’m on my second Modern Renaissance palette, because to me it is 100% the GOAT of palettes! I wore it on my wedding day, and used it every day for years. I still pull it out at least twice a week, the formula and color story are just unbeatable! This is also the palette which started my love affair with makeup, and eyeshadow in particular. Love this series Allie! 💜
I gave my Modern Renaissance to my sister since I realized I'm not a warm tones person, and she's hit pan on almost every shade. Soft Glam definitely is more my color story. I need to get it.

It was the first eyeshadow palette I ever bought because of the hype, but I never fell in love w it-and I’ve watched many recent decluttering videos with similar feedback. Hear me out. Same happened to me with tarte in bloom palette, I cant never ever make it work for me. It doesnt show up well in my eyes no matter what I do, BUT whenever I use it with other people, is just THE perfect palette. I dont know why, so maybe that could happen with you. for your skin undertone, or skin type, just doesnt work, but for others is magic.

I have 8/10 of these pallets and I couldn’t agree more with the list. The Patrick Ta is climbing up as one of my favorites too. The Tati palette will forever be a favorite of mine, I cherish it so much. I hope Tati creates more in the future.

Going Coconuts is such a good go-to palette. I’m surprised Sultry wasn’t on this list, I just got it in December after searching for it for years in the discount department stores. I’ve been using it so much!

I liked the Sultry palette so much more than I thought I would. I found it kind of difficult to wear Modern Renaissance without it looking heavy-handed because of the pigmentation (and the shadows always creased, no matter how I prepped my eyes). But Sultry has been really workable for glam looks. I love how the shimmers have a grittier, substantive look.

Allie, this video was great fun. I retired in 2020 (at age 61) and finally had the time to learn how to wear makeup. ND, PMG, and Dior palettes are my favorites. For the life of me, I can’t seem to get the hang of foundation or concealer. I wish you made housecalls, so that you could teach me the techniques that make you so stunningly beautiful and flawless. I use the Anastasia pallet almost every time I do my makeup even if I start with another pallet. It has great transition colors, shimmers and pop of colors. I can't resist it. It's front and center in my arsenal! ❤️

I bought ABH Modern Ren for my high school graduation in 2017! I've since graduated college and still love it. Sadly mine seems to have expired as some of the shadows don't perform as they used to. But I think I might get another for summer this year

I have been amazed by Colour Pop! Going Coconuts and Nude Mood are my favorites, because I am warm toned,, but my BFF loves That's Taupe. Both of us are 40ish and have tried all the fancy eyeshadow brand over the years, and have been so surprised by how good CP is and how inexpensive.

I ABSOLUTELY use my ABH Modern Renaissance. I just picked it up like 2 years ago. Buon Fresco is my PERFECT crease shade. It's so unique. I got Soft Glam at the same time and i love it too!

I just bought the retro mercury palette by huda beauty and I'm obsessed! I love the look of the palette and the colors. It my fav palette I own and I even bought it for my sister last week for her bday and he screamed.... I guess that means she likes it too. ;)

My all time favourite palette is ABH Norvina. It even was my wedding palette! Second place is Nabla Soul Blooming. Beautiful colours, unlike any that I've seen. I am so sad that I was never able to buy Tati's palette, but I hope that she will surprise us with something great in the future :)

Modern Renaissance started my pallet obsession, too. I bought it as a reward for grades for my step-daughter. At first the cost gave me a heart attack. Then I snuck into it to see what all the fuss was about and now I have like 200 pallets. 😄

I am very boring when it comes to eyeshadow, my favorite is the Victoria Beckham eye brick in signature but I also absolutely love the tartlette in bloom palette! I love how easy the eye brick is, I only go for the same two looks and the tones just suit me perfectly. I just found your channel! I love these types of videos because I learn so much about what is available. I am 64, just getting back into makeup, so am learning everything! I love color as an artist, and now have a big eyeshadow hoarding problem! My favorite mascara so far is the MAC Magic Extension mascara. My thin sparse lashes look very good with this one. I also have used L’Oréal Voluminous mascara primer for years. I have backups of this one. The primer really helps lengthen and gives volume. Those are my two holy grails! Loving your channel!

My all time favorite Mascara is the Lancôme Lash Idôle mascara, the formula is si thin so you wont see those annoying lumps on your lashes, it lasts a long time but my lashes are so easy to controll, but if you have those very difficult lashes, they just come in with a waterproof formula! That’s Taupe is my holy grail palette! I use the mattes for contour and brows. It’s so gorgeous. Also the shimmers are glistening and wet looking.

For real, Soft Glam it’s an absolute hit! I buy different palettes, I’m always looking for something cute, trying to not splurge so much, but maaaan I always comeback to Soft Glam, specially for special occasions. I don’t know why but at the moment I’m thinking in the whole look for my birthday or something like that, always always think first in Soft Glam. What a gem for makeup world. And about quality you know when the same brand has 2 great rated palettes in the same top 10, taking into account they’re not the newest, they became in an icon.
Absolutely love this series! I own nearly every palette that made this video! I agree with everything that has been said about Tati’s palette! It is special. I had just gotten in to makeup and just started watching beauty videos when she launched this. Of course I found her early on and was so excited when she announced the launch. I bought it immediately. As soon as I opened it I realized just how special it was. You can see and feel Tati in this palette. You can tell that she put her heart and soul into it. It is heartbreaking that she closed Tati beauty. BUT… I do believe in “right time, right place.” I do believe that when one door closes another opens. With that said, I just can’t help but feel that there is something big for Tati in the future. I don’t know… I just feel that.

I literally had one palette I’d been using for years, the original Naked palette, and a couple of single MAC shadows this fall. After watching your best neutral palettes I picked up ABH soft glam and loved it so much I grabbed the Norvina volume 5 and then the Modern Renaissance during the Black Friday Sale. Goes to show you and your fellow UA-camrs steered me right because in the last few months I grabbed 6 of these and the alter ego dupe for the Biba Palette after seeing those two compared! I was tempted my Retrograde but bought the Huda Rose Quartz instead. I also got ND retro and glam for Christmas and both did not disappoint! I did grab the Tartlette In Bloom Palette because these “boring” neutrals are absolutely my thing and the look I got was so pretty BUT those shadows fade like nothing else in my collection even with the NARS primer I grabbed after your recommendation. I’m really enjoying this series! Can’t wait to see the mascara video!

I'm in my 50's and have worn full make up since I was 18 yrs old. Now, I find the two best brands are Natasha Denona and Pat McGrath, they are so easy to blend evenly over wrinkled eye lids and even at my age the shimmers really look beautiful. When they came onto the market, it's the first time make up has really excited me since the days Mac and Shu Uemura were launched.
I was late to the party on Modern Renaissance, but it may be my absolute favorite. I started out by purchasing a drugstore dupe because I wasn’t sure I would love the color story. But I found myself hitting pan on the dupe, so I sprang for the real deal. Years later, it’s still the palette I go to when I can’t make up my mind and I just want to look good. The berry tones are so flattering on green eyes and the shadow quality is phenomenal.
Agree! Tati is such a beautiful soul deserving of this. I agree that timing is everything and her talent and love of beauty will evolve into something else just as wonderful as this palette! I would have to vote my #1 mascara for stila HUGE Extreme Lash Mascara because it really maximizes the volume, length, definition and curl of my lashes in only one coat. Before I tried this one, I thought the KVD Go Big or Go Home volumizing mascara would be the one I needed to repurchase. Yet the Stila one surprised me the most in many years of wearing and loving makeup- especially because it does not smudge, flake or irritate my eyes and I get the bold lash look I always desire so quickly. I can't tell you how many times I glanced over at my case that holds on my palettes smiling because I know I have several of these items, but the one that really warmed my heart was Tati's pallette being number 1. I'm actually afraid to use it because I don't want to run out of it. It's such a unique pallette and the formulas are so good. The Tati Beauty pallette and my Natasha Denona Minis are all together because they're my favorites. I really hope that Tati sees this video and sees how much people truly do love what she created.❤

Hi Allie, I don't have a one of these palettes. I didn't get into makeup really until my late 50s. I'm 61 now and my favorite palette no one even seems to know about. It's shared planet cosmetics tiger palette! She has cool toned polar bear palette as well.

Crystal here, from Texas! My favorite palette is the Jaclyn Hill, but I don't have Modern Renaisance, Soft Glam, ND Glam, or the Tati Beauty palettes, so I can't speak to those. I did want to say I have been looking at getting a new palette and I was considering all 4 until I found out about Tati Beauty (so sad). I will probably purchase ABH Soft Glam and ND Glam palettes next. I know this series is over, but I just found this video, subscribed, and wanted you to know it's been about 2 and a half years since I was excited about makeup and you've sparked a fire in me! I was expecting UD’s OG naked palette to be first. Definitely wasn’t expecting it to be Tati’s palette. I hadn’t considered it would even be on the list.
My favorite drugstore mascara is the Honest Beauty primer and mascara in one. My first one got old and i repurchased it. Its not super volumizing but it gives great length and makes my lashes look so whispy compared to other drugstore mascaras(which whispy is the look i prefer). I love it! Its the only mascara i have ever purchased a second time. I normally try something new every time i buy mascara. I appreciate you and your videos. So much fun to watch. Keep it up!

I love Tati's palette, too. My matte brown, black somehow ended up with a high moisture content & became almost unusable, idky...but other than that(glitters are not used much, by me) they're great. My favorite rows are STORY, SOOTHE, & AURA. AURA is my all-time favorite light slightly pink-tonight white brightening shade. For $48? The better I got at eyeshadow(thanks covid?)-the more I loved TNV1! I believe more will come...

I have been somewhat binge watching beauty videos lately. It started out of frustration with hooded eyes (I am 55) and not knowing how to deal with them. After a few videos on that, I just kept going. I found your channel and loved your top ten videos. I have completely overhauled my makeup and wanted to give you a shout out for your help. I have blue eyes and I have always used warm colors. I went out on a limb after hearing you talk about Colour Pop That’s Taupe palette. OMG. It’s perfect. I was always told to use warm reddish browns, etc., to make blue eyes pop. It looked good but I always felt like my makeup entered the room before I did. It was pretty, but I want you to see my eyes - not my eye makeup so much. Anyway, the taupe colors do the opposite. I love it! Thanks!

Ok I just have to say it. I LOVE your eyes. I don’t know if you appreciate the uniqueness of your eyes but I hope you do. The flecks of brown in your blue eyes is really interesting.
Also, I really appreciate how you review drugstore products. As a fellow member of the sensitive skin and redness club, I’d love to see a video about your skincare routine. What’s inexpensive, doesn’t irritate your skin, and adds moisture without feeling greasy? I’m sort of new to the makeup/skincare game and watching your videos has been so inspiring and honestly like getting advise from a big sister. Love you!
Would you be so kind to share the names of the colors you used for this look and out of which palettes? I know you mentioned using a few shades from one and then a glitter from the Tati. Would just love to recreate if I can. 😊
