  • 1) 1-1 + 2-3 without Ball
    The aim is to reach the 6m circle. The defender tries to stop the attacker, or to push him outside the zone. Afterwoods 2 attacker try to reach the zone. Same procedure as before.
    2) One-Touch-Ball
    Warm up game played on 2 goals. Two teams play with a volleyball and try to make a goal. It is allowed to play the ball with every part of the body, but only once. If another player of your or the other team must touches the ball, it is allowed to play it again.
    3) Speed Passing
    Different speed drills, while passig the ball in the second wave.
    4) 1-1 Exercise
    The attack player starts with jumps over steppers, then passes the ball and decides to make a quick move to the left or right side. The defence player waits in the center and has to react to the move of the attacker.
    5) 2-2 with crossing defence
    The center player jumps over the hurdles and decides, if he moves to the left or right side. The defence player in the center reacts, moves to the attack side and crosses with the defence player on the wing. The attacking wingplayer gets the ball and directly starts the 2-2 situation.
    6) 3-2 with crossing attackers
    The center player starts with a backward run, makes a half turn and plays the ball to a passing station. Then he decides to move left or right and makes a crossing with the other backcourt player and plays a 3-2 situation with the pivot.
    The defence player in the center moves to the side where the center player attacks and plays defence with the other defender on the left or right side.
    7) 4-4
    Playing a 4-4 situation and the center player directly starts with a 1-1 by standing in front of the center defence.
