    Evan I was a pipeline & plant welder for 15 years and Inspected for 23 years.The more different things you can learn will help you some time down the road. Being able to read prints and fabricate helped me a lot after going to inspecting. The more you can learn will always help you.

    I learn a lot from you, thanks Gus! They're making me go to a Frontier 400X when my 300D works GREAT. Had to replace the ground fault once and that's it. Someone is going to get a great deal. :-C

    Have you had good luck from the electronic ignition kit so far other than this? Thinking about converting mine to a distributor system

    • @gustavojr841
      @gustavojr841  Місяць тому +1

      I think that the Electronic Ignition is better because I never had any problems starting in the morning.. I had the Electronic Ignition for 5 years and it was working fine till this

    Hello, I was wondering if you would be able to offer some advice? I am a junior in highschool gonna do welding school after are you doing oilfield work and if so Would you recommend the pipefitting oilfield work or strictly pipeline I am very open to any information you have for younger guys wanting to get out there.
    thank you

      What's up, Evan! Well, I recommend that you start as a welder helper and start saving money to buy a truck and start to rig up.. Welding School is good for you, but where you're going to learn and get experience is out there in the field, I had two guys that started as a helper with me after graduating from school and after 3 years they passed their first test with their own welding rig!

      Try looking for a local pipeline company, look for any welder, and ask them for information, or contacts..
