My day is not done happy without sweating in a class with you and your wonderfully funny, energising personality. As my days are unpredictable due to caregiving, I have downloaded some of your videos but they come alive to me. Hope some day to do even one class live with you. Meanwhile, I must say that the way you break it down -- without unnecessary scary detail -- is astonishingly clarified and so inviting to just trust and try it out. I am trained in another dance form where the use of the hip/pelvis is practically forbidden. So it is not easy for me; but with you, in my private space, I am able to let go and venture unabashed. You are a great teacher. I have a recommendation for you regarding the sweat as I too am am sweaty sister. Try rubinal. It is a prescription and most doctors don’t know about it but I take it and live in San Antonio Tx and I am much less moist with no side effects. Thank you for the lesson.😀

My day is not done happy without sweating in a class with you and your wonderfully funny, energising personality. As my days are unpredictable due to caregiving, I have downloaded some of your videos but they come alive to me. Hope some day to do even one class live with you. Meanwhile, I must say that the way you break it down -- without unnecessary scary detail -- is astonishingly clarified and so inviting to just trust and try it out. I am trained in another dance form where the use of the hip/pelvis is practically forbidden. So it is not easy for me; but with you, in my private space, I am able to let go and venture unabashed. ALL who are well-mannered, SIMPLE, and HONEST (including those who lack wisdom), and deal with Me with STRONG LOYALTY, WILL ALL REMAIN in My KINGDOM. 🙏
Those who have NOT PASSED the TRAINING--that is, those HONEST PEOPLE who lack WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING--will HAVE POWER in My KINGDOM. ☀️
However, they also WENT through dealing and breaking. That THEY DID NOT GO THROUGH TRAINING is NOT COMPLETE. Instead, it is THROUGH these THINGS that I WILL SHOW ALL MY ALMIGHTYNESS and MY WISDOM. I will kick out those who still doubt Me; I don't want any of them (I hate people who still doubt Me at a time like this).
THROUGH THE WORKS I AM DOING IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE, I WILL SHOW FAITHFUL PEOPLE the WONDERFULness of My WORKS, thereby increasing their WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING, and understanding. ☀️
I will also cause deceitful people to be destroyed in an instant as a result of My wonderful works. ALL THE FIRSTBORN CHILDREN WHO RECEIVE MY NAME FIRST (meaning those who are holy and unblemished, faithful people) WILL ENTER THE KINGDOM FIRST and RULE ALL NATIONS and ALL NATIONS WITH ME, RULING as KING in the KINGDOM and JUDGE of ALL NATIONS and ALL NATIONS (this refers to all the firstborn sons in the kingdom, and no one else). 🙏💐
Those in ALL NATIONS and ALL NATIONS who have been JUDGED, and have repented, will ENTER My KINGDOM and become My PEOPLE, while those who are stubborn and unrepentant will be thrown into the eternal abyss (to die forever).
JUDGMENT within the KINGDOM will be the LAST JUDGMENT, and My complete CLEANSING of the WORLD. ☀️
There will be no more injustice, sorrow, tears, or sighs, and even more, there will be no more world. ALL will be the APPEARANCE of CHRIST, and ALL will be the KINGDOM of CHRIST. What GLORY! WHAT GLORY! ⛪️🙏
