In our class, we celebrate the giggle wiggle and the "shake n bake," if you will. 😉 I always say, "The meat is for the man, the bone is for the dog!" OMG Portia,FORGET those.JEALOUS HATERS that need to make you feel uncomfortable about something you are talented and gifted in...please hon,THEY ARE JEALOUS,I taught fitness classes at many different health clubs and business(80's+90's)corporate fitness,many different types of fitness classes(hi impact,lo impact,yoga,kick boxing,weight lifting(for women)and in the 30 years I taught ,EVERY ONE sweats,has sweat marks,etc...my dear,there is NOTHING wrong with anything you do,so they find something stupid,I love you,your energy,your style of teaching,your beauty....focus on the positive,ignore negative(I am 67 yrs.old now. don't let the jealous haters mess up your wonderfulness!!!?!!
