Unique Quilt Block - Half Square Triangle Challenge - Week 4

I was lucky to find a unique quilt block that features the half square triangles we've been working on for the past 3 weeks. It isn't really just 1 half square triangle block that makes up the unique design, but 4 half square triangle blocks that make this fascinatingly unique quilt block. Isn't always fun to find unique quilt blocks? And this one is pretty simple to assemble as well.

I stumbled upon her blog while searching for the week 4 half square triangle block. I could have done any number of your standard half square triangle blocks, but I wanted one that was different - unique. Her picture provided me that unique quilt block.
In order to get the best bang for our buck, we are going to use a method that I discovered on UA-cam Channel Sugar Stitches where Ledine shares how to make 32 hst's at a time here:

We are going to make 32 half square triangle blocks at a time! Double the number we've been making these last 2 weeks! I know right!

Are you ready for a challenge? Well for the next 8 weeks we are going to make a quilt block a week using half square triangles. Half Square Triangle Quilt blocks are the bread and butter of the quilting community. The half square triangle is so versatile and you will be amazed at the patterns you can make with a half square triangle block.
The rules:
1). Make a new quilt using half square triangle quilt blocks. Don't cheat!
2). Share your quilt made of half square triangle quilt blocks by sending a picture to aprilscraftroom at gmail dot com. They will be shared on week 9.
3). Enter to win the quilt that I made using half square triangle blocks at the end of the 8 weeks.
That's it. Make a quilt (don't use one you made last year) using half square triangle blocks. Share your quilt with the group. Enter to win a quilt.
During the 8 weeks of the challenge, I will share tips and tricks that can make your half square triangle creation easier. But don't worry - you do not need the extra tools. If you have a straight ruler, a rotary cutter, a pen and a sewing machine - you already have everything you need.
