Good update and progress for this major update for the Great Lakes. What tolls will be assessed to pay for these major project(s)?

There are no tolls for vessels at the Soo Locks. Think of it as part of the federal transportation system. It is supported by the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund and federal taxes.
