how to fix vent flapping about in wind?

Vent grill flapping around in the wind. Pretty annoying, eh?
Just hot-glue some heavy weights on the bottom of each flap
Leave enough room for each flap to shut properly.
Problem solved !!

OK glued some weights - how many grammes each? All I know is over time the flaps fall off and twist when the sunshines on them?

how was this fixed
