Thanks for the video. I just ordered mine and I am excited to get them. I had the Eleviia pull-up bars for over a year now and this would definitely complete the set. This would be all you need to do most callisthenic exercises that require some equipment. No more excuses :-)
Solid review man! Your review for the duonamic eleviia convinced me to get it last summer! Great attention to details on how to attach the top and bottom carabiners to get the shorter lengths of the straps. My only really minor complaint is that the volume of the music in the B-roll towards the end of the video was pretty loud compared to the rest of the video. Keep up the good work :D
Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it brother! I'm pretty sure the music was set as the same volume throughout, but it might be the contrast of the previous scene as well as the part of music. Will keep that in mind in my next video. Cheers and enjoy the Eleviia!!
How is the duo system more superior compared to say a door frame pull up bar? I mean I get that it’s more portable and you can bring it with you during vacations of course. But unless you travel for business I don’t see how it’s necessary to need to work out say if your taking a week or a few days vacation. ( including the price tag considering it’s a 200 dollar product compared to say getting a pull up bar and gymnastic rings separately.)
I don't have space for a door frame pullup bar when I'm not using it personally. Can't leave it in the doorway either. So this helped me with that. But no one really said it's superior to other pullup bars just for doing pullups. It's selling point is that it's small, if you don't need that, you don't need it.
One of the only videos online actually showing you how to set these up! Thank you!!!
Excellent informative video. Thank you for the safety tip of keeping one’s center of mass directly under the doorframe while using these.

It's the complete package and there's always a doorway! Let's get it!
Great video. Thank you 🙂
Thanks for watching!

renting apartment and worried that this might damage the door frame....what is your take on it?
I'd say go for it, I've never had an issue after years of pullups.
Can these rings and ropes be used on other bars anywhere?
I can’t see why they couldn’t be! The straps and clips are pretty robust and should fit any bars really 👍
