Sir, I tried just now. Taste, aroma ellam super but consistency varla. Mysore pak poi mysore podi aaiduchu.. first time I tried but dunno where is the fault. :(
U might over cooked it , the ratio of ghee & flour , cook it in low flame . Ghee1-1/2 cup , flour 1 cup.
