Hello this is my day 8 check in I’m starting to see my top abs come in!!!! super exciting I’m definitely slimmer that I was and that’s saying a lot bc I’m already slim, this is definitely working!! Edit 7 months later I have my own workout, I’m doing great I have a lot of muscle definition, I am a female so I have the 11 line abs, not the 6 pack like the guy in the video. For females it is harder to get a normal 6 pack because we naturally have less muscle and are smaller. I’m a rock climber and working my abs has made me improve rock climbing Significantly!

That’s called a pump Brodie 😭😭😭 u don’t get a six pack in 5 min it takes months to get a legit six pack. Change your diet and u need to add weight to build muscle. No equipment will work for endurance but for a visible difference u need to add weight. Keep it up man consistency is key

its been 1 month already time goes fast but the first week i already saw the results highly reccomend this workout

my workout is 20 sit ups 20 crunches 5 push ups 10-20 second break 20 V Cruches 20 Russian Twsists 15 Sec Plank 30 jumping jacks 20 squats and then 4-5 hour break and repeat

That’s called a pump Brodie 😭😭😭 u don’t get a six pack in 5 min it takes months to get a legit six pack. Change your diet and u need to add weight to build muscle. No equipment will work for endurance but for a visible difference u need to add weight. Keep it up man consistency is key
