    Afternoon:
    65-80 sit-ups (do more if possible)

    40 Crunches
    15 Second Break (less if not needed)
    2 Minute plank (heading towards 3 minutes)
    1 Mile Jog
    As many pull ups on a bar as i can.
    It's been 1 week and i've gotten a 2 pack, I can't wait for the results!

    I suggest you would do:
    40 plank jacks
    40-35 sit ups
    40 heel touches
    35 Russian twists
    5 second break or water break
    30 v crunches
    40 crunches
    5 second break or water break
    And for the plank try to fit in 5 more seconds every day
    If your a kid who is trying to get abs then I suggest my list after 3 days fit in more time to this and get your six pack in no time👍

    Hello this is my day 8 check in
    I’m starting to see my top abs come in!!!! super exciting I’m definitely slimmer that I was and that’s saying a lot bc I’m already slim, this is definitely working!!
    Edit 7 months later I have my own workout, I’m doing great
    I have a lot of muscle definition,
    I am a female so I have the 11 line abs, not the 6 pack like the guy in the video. For females it is harder to get a normal 6 pack because we naturally have less muscle and are smaller.
    I’m a rock climber and working my abs has made me improve rock climbing Significantly!

    For sit-ups, do use your arms like that. Keep them on your shoulders or put your hands on the back of you head

    I did the whole workout 5 times then few minutes later I ate salad and milk and I did the workout again and I saw a 4 pack forming Tusm/ thank u so much

    My Workout List
    100 Plank Jacks 5 sec break
    70 Situps
    120 heel touches
    Break 10 secs 120 Russian twists
    Break 15 secs
    100 V-Cruches
    50 Cruches
    Break 5 secs 3 min plank
    5 times a day. I will update after 1 week of time
    its been 1 month already time goes fast but the first week i already saw the results highly reccomend this workout

    my workout is 20 sit ups 20 crunches 5 push ups 10-20 second break 20 V Cruches 20 Russian Twsists 15 Sec Plank 30 jumping jacks 20 squats and then 4-5 hour break and repeat

      That’s called a pump Brodie 😭😭😭 u don’t get a six pack in 5 min it takes months to get a legit six pack. Change your diet and u need to add weight to build muscle. No equipment will work for endurance but for a visible difference u need to add weight. Keep it up man consistency is key
