Keto Eggless Chia Scones

¼ cup (60mL) water
1 tablespoon (10g) chia seeds
1 ¾ cups (175g) blanched almond flour
1 tablespoon (7g) coconut flour
2-3 tablespoons (25-37g) granulated erythritol
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
3 tablespoons (45g) cold salted butter
sugar-free strawberry jam (optional)
whipped cream or clotted cream (optional)
Bloom chia seeds for about 20 minutes, stirring once in a while to avoid clumping.
Freeze the dough for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 25-30 minutes until top turns to brown. Let it completely cool before serving.
Yields 6 servings (macros per serving)

Congelar la masa durante 30 minutos. Dobla y enrolla la masa 2-3 veces.
Hornee a 350°F (177°C) durante 25-30 minutos hasta que la superficie se dore. Deje que se enfríe completamente antes de servir.

Sbocciare i semi di chia per circa 20 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto per evitare che si grumino.
Congelare l'impasto per 30 minuti. Piegare e stendere l'impasto 2-3 volte.
Infornare a 177°C per 25-30 minuti fino a quando la superficie diventa dorata. Fate raffreddare completamente prima di servire.

Faites fleurir les graines de chia pendant environ 20 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps pour éviter qu'elles ne s'agglutinent.
Congeler la pâte pendant 30 minutes. Pliez et roulez la pâte 2-3 fois.
Cuire au four à 350 °F (177 °C) pendant 25 à 30 minutes jusqu'à ce que le dessus devienne brun. Laissez-le complètement refroidir avant de servir.

اخبزيها في درجة حرارة 350 فهرنهايت (177 درجة مئوية) لمدة 25-30 دقيقة حتى يتحول الجزء العلوي إلى اللون البني. اتركه يبرد تمامًا قبل التقديم.

Is it possible only with coconut flour?
You can probably only use coconut flour but you may have to adjust the rest of the ingredients because coconut flour is much more absorbent than any other flours 💕

I can't use almond flour as it upsets my IBS-D. Can I use oat fiber instead?
Walnut or pumpkin seed,or even sunflower might work.but it's just a guess
