I actually seen another video with a 750gsxr that was racing a CBR 1000. The CBR 1000 just pulled away and it was no competition. So this guy on the 1000 bike probably can’t ride that good and or his bike doesn’t have mods.
so will my gsxr750, 186 to be exact, like all supersports really. But we weren't doing full out, we kept it below 165 because of the road conditions and traffic
It must be the R1 S 2016. Is that right? Nice color! Hope it arrives in Germany next time. Awesome Wheelie job. Like your Channel. Go on an keep im up.
Nice man! People don't realise the power the 750 puts out makes it a pretty fast machine! My 750 put out 150 to the rear wheel and would keep up and even take some 1000's if I got good drive off a corner!
OK it never, it put out 149.somthing but i rounded it up.as 150 sounds better. it was tuned by Jack frost of holeshot racing. a world record holding garage for land speed and motorcycle feats. believe me. it DID make 149. id run you on the spec but il not wast my energy typing.
He didn't get much on you at all. Are both machines stock? Impressive performance from the 750. That road is excellent for speed runs you're lucky. I still can't believe they were that close.
Other than that little gap he put on you at the beginning you basically the same distance behind him the entire time. Either way I'm still getting a blacked out GSX-R750
So you claim that at 155mph the R1 does not pull away from the gixxer as the gixxer's speed is barely increasing anymore? Are you kidding me? This video is bs or the Yamaha's driver is not pushing deliberatly.
They can def. keep up with the liter bikes, I've pulled on a cbr1k and had about the same results, unless they are an experienced drag racer you won't see much difference between the 750 and 1000's on the street
Impressive. At first I was surprised, but when I thought about it, I recalled reading that the Yamahas' are more track centric in both their higher riding position and stiffer suspension. Is it possible that he couldn't lay down the throttle because of it?
Dude that was so much fun we need to find a spot were we can top out at for sure 👊🏻😈 but this bike has so much tech I'm still running threw the setting where I need t find where my power to be.
LifeR1der hopefully by now your not afraid of the power lol...that r1 will leave that 750 by half a mile easily. now these noobs think a 750 is a 1k lol.
Not to be lost on a point of order here. No one disputes the higher displacement bike is going to overall have a better top end, or be slightly in front everywhere except in the twisty's! That's the point? If you want to truly challenge an R1, Fireblade, ZX10R etc, then get a gixxer thou', but if you want near on as much power and speed and if you can ride, domination in the hills and canyon's all on a lighter, shorter more flickable package, then get the 750. I've owned four fireblades 06/07 and two 929's, an 06 ZX10R , an 09 1198s Duke and an S1000R BMtrubleU! Out of these bikes the Duke and the 929's stand out as these are the bikes I had the most fun on. Light, lithe, flickable, grunty. I'm tossing up between a ol' 954, or a new gixxer750 depending on budget.
I've always told people the 750's no joke. When she hits her powerband, you take off like a rocket.

Gsxr 750 is almost impossible to beat in a quarter with a good driver
DAMN DUDE! Cruising at a 150mph..not to shabby!
What gear are you "wheelie-ing" your bike?
3rd
around 5-6K RPMs?
Good shit bro. More vids like this.
glad you liked it bro, will do!
The face palms if you crashed after that wheelie would have been real.
What year is that R1 That u competed with?
Sven Van daele 2015
Strange, because 2015 has electric mods A,B,C,D from full power to half power, and has original 180,190HP. could it be that the R1 2015 was not on A Mode? Or does the 750gsxr has immense torque?
You need to redo this video SaltTheWound with a GSX-R 1000 and a capable rider. I'd be really interested to see unbiased results WOT.
Doesn’t matter how long your friend has been riding if he clearly isn’t a drag racer. His experience means nothing here. He’s pretty bad. He can’t even tuck properly. Switch bikes and prove my point.
Hey man thanks for this video I have auto/diesel experience and can’t figure out why I can’t get my 02 750 to run right and scan tools are like $600 and up. Thanks for showing the heal tech I think that’ll help me out a lot. Thank you from a disgruntled mechanic
Glad I could help
The squid missile itself can almost hang with an R1
Do you think gsxr 750 are good stunt bikes or should I look at a 636
Rumor has it that GSX-R subframes can snap. 636 is the crowd favorite for stunt bikes.
No curves????? always straight the street!! the best thing driving motobike curves! in Germany always curves! thats better than straight the street every time!!! Reiner from Germany
And this is why my 1st bike, 2nd bike, and current bike is a Gxsr....Besafe Always ♡♡♡
hell yea, I never really thought too much about the gsxr's until I finally did some research, it's a shame they have such a bad rep. but they are amazing bikes!
+SALTxTHExWOUND indeed, indeed...I learned on a Gxsr and I NEVER !! looked back hahaah or at any other bike heheeh. and I'm a women ♡♡♡
Was this bike stock?
What is the exhaust that u have, on the gsxr750??
That's such an amazing bass u got there 💗
thanks man, it's the m4 slip on. I have a video of it on here also
What year is his gixer?
Ahhh going that fast on a bike feels like you're floating!
I actually seen another video with a 750gsxr that was racing a CBR 1000. The CBR 1000 just pulled away and it was no competition. So this guy on the 1000 bike probably can’t ride that good and or his bike doesn’t have mods.
how was the r1 not pulling away at 160mph. my blade will smash 180mph
so will my gsxr750, 186 to be exact, like all supersports really. But we weren't doing full out, we kept it below 165 because of the road conditions and traffic
It must be the R1 S 2016. Is that right? Nice color! Hope it arrives in Germany next time. Awesome Wheelie job. Like your Channel. Go on an keep im up.
yep that's right! will do!
Something's wrong with his bike or he has all of the assists on lol... 750 is crazy fast but that R1 should disappear.
I wouldn't say that, I've beaten plenty of litre bike's on my 2020 gixxer 750, rider ,reaction time..
@@benjialbert3317 lol
@@Zamora456 what's funny🤔
He could’ve been more aggressive like pinning her wide open and getting the shifts on time it would be even closer those 750s are badass
How long have you been riding?
About 10 years roughly
What year is your bike sorry new to your channel
Nathan Macrander 2015
Awesome footage
4:50 lol you welcome
Nice man! People don't realise the power the 750 puts out makes it a pretty fast machine! My 750 put out 150 to the rear wheel and would keep up and even take some 1000's if I got good drive off a corner!
Your 750 did not put out 150 to the tire without nitrous.
OK it never, it put out 149.somthing but i rounded it up.as 150 sounds better. it was tuned by Jack frost of holeshot racing. a world record holding garage for land speed and motorcycle feats. believe me. it DID make 149. id run you on the spec but il not wast my energy typing.
R A also there's several 750s i know of putting 150+ to the wheel. so its not like mine was a freak one off
+Banksy14 Didn't realize you could make that kind of power....my 05 put down 127 stock. My bad!
damn that's impressive! I love my 750, don't miss my old 1000 at all
Start in second slip clutch pretty hard
bro u gotta install the bazzaz z-bomb on your 750 on mine work wonderfuly right lol nice shooting
tell me the gsxr has power commander or something? was highly expecting the liter bike to walk you.
Bone stock aside from the m4 slip on pipe, you'd be suprised what the 750's can do ;)
SALTxTHExWOUND not putting the 750 down at all... I've got a 2k14 1k gsxr and pulled bus lengths on 750 before is why I asked.
all depends on the rider and conditions
He didn't get much on you at all. Are both machines stock? Impressive performance from the 750.
That road is excellent for speed runs you're lucky.
I still can't believe they were that close.
Thanks man, yes they are both stock aside from both having slip on exhaust. :)
Dude on the gsxr was sand bagging too, watch his hand letting off the throttle.
We were just having but, but no the R1 tops out at 186mph and so does the gsxr750, the R1 just gets there a little faster
Nice wheelie bud I have a 2016 r1s with mods that would tear that 750 to peices my buddy has the same 2015 gsxr750 nice bike.
You know damn well that Ninja 1000 launched waaaaayyy quicker.
Actually it didn't. I have videos on here of both bikes doing 0-60mph and 0-100mph and the 750 wins every time. Power to weight ratio.
2015 Suzuki GSX-R750 0-60 mph 2.9 | Quarter mile 10.3
2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 ABS 0-60 mph 2.6
Possibly the year or something Idk...

R1 probably in b mode
No...
No it was in A mode (full power) most people don't realize the power/weight ratio on the 750's
I knew the 750 was fast, but I never took mine Against a liter bike. Wow. Great video
They can def. keep up with the liter bikes, I've pulled on a cbr1k and had about the same results, unless they are an experienced drag racer you won't see much difference between the 750 and 1000's on the street
Damn man Have The same gixxer but didnt know that it will burn a New r1 😂
Id like to see u guys switch bikes here
Impressive. At first I was surprised, but when I thought about it, I recalled reading that the Yamahas' are more track centric in both their higher riding position and stiffer suspension. Is it possible that he couldn't lay down the throttle because of it?
Rider sucked and was scared. This is a real race vs a 1000.......watch this......ua-cam.com/video/ELHTs-f0bWY/v-deo.html
Dude that was so much fun we need to find a spot were we can top out at for sure 👊🏻😈 but this bike has so much tech I'm still running threw the setting where I need t find where my power to be.
hell yeah it was bro! We gotta do it again in a longer straight one of these days.
Very quick bikes ....well I hope so. Bought one , could afford a thousand but the insurance was ridiculous
