Dealt with so much anxiety as an adult, and realized that when I moved states (Texas to Alaska) my anxiety was so much better because I was in a snowy, mountain town that made me feel cozy and safe, instead of in a big city where I felt very alone and the people were honestly really mean/vain. Once I surrounded myself in an environment with like minded people I realized things were so much better.
quick thing about the 10k steps: You DO NOT need to walk that much. Many studies say 4k-6k steps is plenty. 10k comes from a Japanese watch ad in the 80's. 10k just looked good on the watch! Honest. So don't worry about 10k steps, worry about getting to 4k steps.
Incase anyone didn't know, decaf coffee still has caffeine in it. It's just a lot less caffeine than normal coffee. The decaffeination doesn't remove all the caffeine. But it's only like 7 grams compared to 95 grams in a cup of coffee lol
A little odd BUT when I am feeling really overwhelmed or anxious I read labels on beauty products. It makes me focus on one singular thing and helps ground me. Sometimes I don't realize I feel that way until I notice I am reading labels lol

I’m dying for you to try listening to the UA-cam video “Summer dove with mourning dove cry” in the mornings to combat the siren sounds lol, it is so calming. It calms your nervous system because bird sounds = no threats around you to your brain. I put it on in the morning at a very low volume and have been loving it!!!
My freshman year at college I always used to “dance it out” after my first class in my dorm room. I’m an anxious girly so that made a HUGE difference and I love that you mentioned doing that!

It’s seems to me too much of what she does has to be perfect. Outfit, accessories, my feeling is she sets herself up for a higher stress level.
When lm feeling stressed or overwhelmed I listen to music. Mostly BTS there music really calms me and makes me smile.

I'm not sure you have anxiety. It honestly sounds more like adhd. The symptoms of adhd mimic alot of other things. Maybe worth a check.

My heart rate was always elevated-- beta blockers helped that and I also noticed a huge decrease in my anxiety
