The first sip of coffee just hits your soul and awakens you lol. I agree with the candle scenario! I always have candles burning and I feel like it puts me in a better mood. I also work for myself so I make sure that at least a few times a week I take my time to get ready. It really does turn your day around. A bath in the morning sometimes it amazing too. ❤

I also Have anxiety issues. What I’ve read, says that you should use exactly that your five senses to help you regulate your body and mind in an article that I read it said to focus on some thing for five minutes that uses your senses, whether that smelling some thing lighting a candle meditating. Also, breathing has really helped me, coaching my self to take deep breaths. If I am also thinking of some thing that’s intruding my thought process, I try to coach myself then too and say it’s OK it’s all right take a deep breath it’s gonna be OK and I try to think of something that makes me happy. Anxiety attacks and panic attacks can come on so sudden and they can be quite scary. They also say to lay on your stomach or so I’ve heard because that helps to add pressure to your stomach area which helps to also make you feel like you’re being hugged if you don’t have a weighted blanket. Also, they say hold ice in your hand for about 2 to 3 minutes and focus on the sensation of the ice and that also helps reduce your anxiety, I hope that helps. These are some of the tips of used to help myself!
