      ​@techsales-higherlevels getting into nitty gritty of how you discuss technical details.
      For example, in this situation you needed to navigate comparison with the other database providers.
      If would be great to hear what thoughts were going through your head and how you handled different responses from the customer.
      There is a nuance and discernment in tech sales that I see missing from most people. But it's too subtle for me to place my finger on.
      I feel like you're someone who could elucidate that for us 🙌🏾

    You said sometimes you have to do multiple demo calls. How about multiple discovery calls?

      Sometimes yes. You won't necessarily get all the information you need in 1 call
