I have not seen this clip before, I never missed a concert in Birmingham, me and the Mrs adored them they bought back many happy memories when we were teenagers, (now nearly 79) and we are still teenagers when we hear their music! Thank You Don and Phil (R.I.P.)
Lovely, I saw this tour in Birmingham. It was great that they were enjoying themselves and performing more than just the hits. Thank you for posting these videos are a real treasure.
I saw them in Oxford the same year for their last tour but we did not know it yet... good memories and an occasion for many pics thank you for posting Thierry
This was so bittersweet to listen to and the pictures made my heart ache.. I couldn't help but wonder if maybe at sometime Phil had a small stroke, the right side of his face seems off @1:37. The picture @2:35 is gorgeous, they look like angels in white. Lastly @4:15 they are so young and handsome it grieves me to know they are gone from us and those beautiful times are gone for good. That’s the same year that I saw them in Hammersmith. Against doctor’s orders… only a few weeks after open heart surgery. How could I not go? Some things are more important than health!

There are 18 tracks, but He Stopped Loving Her Today is not one of them. Is it on either of your copies of the show? I'm wondering how many songs are on the BBC broadcast. A friend gave me my copy but with no info other than the date and locale. If either of you could enlighten me, I would really appreciate it. 'o)
I have an MP3 of this. It is about 45 minutes in length and this song is also included. I just do not know how I can share this with you. You have an idea?

I will Jarno but I will have to wait 'till I go to Sydney around April 19th so she can show me how to go about it without bungling it up. I have attempting to send condolences to Erik Tielman's Family, did it twice and both times the message just disappeared into the abyss, I don't know where they went. Now it's telling some of cookies are disabled, am waiting for my Grandson to call and talk me through it, maybe He is right, i shouldn't be near a computer that's what I get for starting late ha ha. Thank you I will be in touch. I don't know if Erik was a friend, if so my condolences to you also.

Good to hear you found this. Ihave some other recordings of them live which I can share (live in Paris in 1963 and a concert in Seattle in 1973)
