    ----‐----------------------------------------------------------
Tanglefoot Brewing is a small Czech lager focused brewery in Temple, TX.In 2021 the brewery opened in the back of my family's BBQ restaurant that had been operating for 53 years. The restaurant has since closed and Tanglefoot has now taken over the entire space. This UA-cam channel was started to document the process of opening, running and growing a small craft brewery.

I love the brewery community. While competitive with one another everyone is still willing to talk and work together. Putting great brewing minds together to give people good beer. If only other groups of individuals could do that! Nice video!

Always loved that aspect of the industry. If you wanna learn or talk shop, so many folks are available. 🍻

@@tanglefootbrewing Excellent! Been working at Off Square Brewing in NW Indiana for almost seven years and continuously learn and started a channel of my own for the public but more so for servers/bartenders on staff.

Great video. Have been subscribed and following you for a while. Lots of good info here. We are opening Auger Brewing in York, PA this fall, and are in the same nano boat as you and Jeremiah. I lucked into a used skidded 2.5 bbl steam system, and have been scavenging the used market for the last 3 years assembling what we need on the cheap. We'll end up with 9 FVs ((5) 5bbl, (4) 2.5 bbl, (1) 5 bbl BT), so lots of double batching 🍻. Aiming for constant variety and turnover. We are in the buildout stage of our space now - my partner owns a restaurant adjacent to the space, so food is his side, beer is mine. Would love to talk and pick your brain further if you're into it. Trying to absorb as much "lessons learned" info as I can as we progress.
