I like watching brewing content with this size of brewery since it’s just a small step up from a home brewing setup (1-2 bbl range) so it’s like a big boy homebrew and gives us all the hope of one day setting up our own or even just brewing in the garage for friends and family. I think two types of videos would be good: 1 - a long form video of one piece of the process from start to finish with viewer q/a to fill in the time. Say the mash/decoction, or boil, or even just cleanup. I find these interesting to see the similarities and differences between a pro setup and garage scale as we dare to dream. 2 - a breakdown of each piece of your setup including the stage at which you got it, why, and what your next upgrade would be if you were to get the uptick in walk in traffic that I’m sure you are hoping for, or the move to distribution which I also know you don’t want to be forced to make.
