Back to the rat race run in place. I just spin my wheel till my my next lunch break. And hope it gets better with a five cent raise. But I can’t stop until I get paid. I don’t know which is worse, the commute or the hearse. I don’t think that it’s worth it anymore. Sick of living for the paycheck. Blow it on the weekend. I’m giving up and loading up the briefcase.

The mic cord in the back pocket is the best touch of this. Absolutely appreciate the genuine effort put into diy/indie feel of all videos. They aren't expensive but never feel cheap. You both deserve every bit of success you find.

I was 39 when I finally figured out that one of the reasons I was so anxious and miserable was because of my job. My whole life I'd been told office jobs were what I should strive for, so that's what I did. Data entry, customer service, claims adjusting, sales... I tried it all and I never found something that didn't make me want to quit every single day.
I got fired in 2021 and by chance kind of fell into a job painting interiors as a side hustle while looking for something else. I absolutely loved it, and that kind of work. Now I'm a full time independent contractor, painting and renovating houses and apartments, and I've literally never been happier in a job.
Best of all? I get to choose if I want to just go home. Love y'all, thank you for existing and continuing to make amazing music.

This is literally exactly how it happened. It's actually our older brother's office and he's the one running around with the camera haha! And we bought the corded phone specifically for that shot! It had to be corded haha

I think you guys are bringing back that 90's alt rock feel single handedly. Taking the angst from early smashing pumpkins and the general rock riffs and lyrical phrasing from foo fighters. This is not an insult but praise as those two bands were power houses churning out hits. So far I haven't heard a song from y'all that wasn't an absolute banger. Congrats on making it, I expect nothing but great music from y'all.

I am often on for days at a time, nonstop calls for death, and it affects me. It's hard to put the phone down and not take that call, to not try and superman everything at the office and in the morgues, in the homes where people pass, at the cemetery, anywhere I'm called and needed. Sometimes I have to just put the phone down, and go home. You can't help other people if you don't help yourself.

With the quality of these lyric videos, I can't imagine why you'd even need 'legit' ones; this is a beautiful Durry niche you've uncovered. They're all beautiful in their own way; to me, your 'Loser's Club' lyric video was majestic in its simplicity - its themes, words and leitmotifs all woven in the roundabout, the sky and most importantly, your visages. As was equally so in this video.
