I use a similar Caster build both in and out of power armor. But I find that using VATS when in the power armor eats up plasma cores like crazy.

I have been following the same setup, but for some reason, my plasma caster isn't dealing reasonable damage. would you be able to make a video about the same heavy build, just without power armor. thanks

how on earth did your AP not drain so bloody fast with chainsaw????? mine drops so quick and i thought i had a cood card set up?
please share your card set up for chainsaw

I showed all my perk cards in the video. I’m not sure what other cards there are. I did notice after an update not too long ago that AP started draining with the chainsaw faster than before. (I read that wrong lol.)

Optimized bracers for power armor arms! Reduces AP used by power attacks..which the normal attack counts as a power attack so it counts towards the AP reduction
