It's not a loophole, it's just flaunting the rules. Either ban them or stop pretending you're against sexualized content.
psst... im gonna let you in on a little secret. don't tell anyone but...
ᵗʰᵉʸ ᵃʳᵉⁿᵗ ᵃᵍᵃⁱⁿˢᵗ ⁱᵗ
It was probably your phone's auto correct. The word to use in this case is flouting.
like honestly.
HURR DURR METUH
@@MarshmellowFluffthis is why he said to stop pretending. We all know twitch only likes it since simps donate a lot to those girls + they use everything to get as many money as possible
thanks for saying it i was just about to, cause the rules still state a focus on boobs or ass are forbidden COMPLETELY so yeah she is doing the illegal shit now
They literally said ANYTHING THAT IS INTENTIONALLY SEXUAL. This isn't a loophole. This is literally breaking the new rules.
Yea the new tos was "content focused on intimate body parts" but people could say they arent intimate body parts you are just projecting your perceptions of intimicay onto them and it becomes some dumb ass rabbit hole cuz twitch wont take a hard stance
@@assassin415 yeah itll only start to stop once they start actually banning people
@@assassin415 Doesn't matter what people COULD say, IT IS an intimate body part, and when it's a focal point in a stream IT IS being represented as sexual in nature. GOD forbid you miss the whole OF links being spammed in chat.
and twitch dont care cuz only corporate simps work there
@@assassin415 that makes no sense, then there would be no standard for women having to cover their top in public. 10 out of 10 people know boobs are sexy, the ones who say otherwise are just lyin lol
Twitch clearly doesn’t want to get rid of that problem because it gives them a lot of views. It became such a norm that; if it falls, twitch falls with it.
twitch is afraid that if they remove ALL OF-related streamers/streams (you know what I'm talking about), then they would lose a lot of their viewership making them irrelevant.
They also forget that a lot of people watching there aren't going there for p0rn. There's a site for that. MOST of the viewers who go to twitch for p0rn are those under 18 that are not allowed to use the other sites.
the difference is; in Twitch you need an account that is 18+ if I remember correctly, and on other websites you can just click "I'm over 18" and that's it.
Twitch is not meant for That kind of content regardless. it was meant for Gaming and it was ruined by all of these OF Promoters.@@konaqua122
i cannot agree, best revenue from twitch comes from ads, and ads companies dont want to be sponsored in those videos, so twitch loses money letting this happen, and this is why they keep updating the tos, if they just wanted views they would not care and keep tos unchanged
That is a good point, and i personally stopped using Twitch as both a Streamer and a Watcher just because of these OF Women, so, perhaps there are thousands of other people like me who would actually start using Twitch again if things change.@@breathx
Agreed.
I was like “wait this isn’t a workaround. It’s still breaking the new rules. How is this supposed to evade bans?”
This isn't a meta, this isn't a loophole, twitch straight up just refuses to enforce it's rules on anything that looks female enough.
I think the rules don't change until Friday.

@@NapTown37 Eh. That was more so because of lolicon, not the combination of porn and women.
"Twitch can't solve a problem they refuses to define"
do they even want to solve the problem tho? or just look like they are trying to not lose out on ad dollars while also raking in the cam dollars
Nerds always wamt these cute girls ban mostly gay community 😂😂
@@JackPorter Most likely the latter. Dunno why they don't just make a separate twitch18 site or something like that. Dump all the sexual themed streams there.
@Wolta because kids are in donation system for these streamers and twitch profits directly from this. If they sepparate into twitchALL-AGES and twitch18, it would hurt financially. Plus they eatn less from ads as streamers migrated to twitch18 would get less ad proposal.
@Theydas Exactly. This all centers around children. The average age of users on twitch is 12. A 12 year old boy will be addicted to this kinda thing FAST and now can essentially give women with big tits money from their parents' credit card without their parents knowing what it was for other than twitch.
It is all a predatory system meant to target young and impressionable boys.
Everlasting summer on the background is so random lol
She literally only does to drive traffic to her Egirl PH page. Its no different, just on a different scale, too when the Military makes a video game or supports a production to drive recruitment numbers up.
Funny thing is she has more balls than you

Using Twitch, a site where children as young as 13 are allowed, to promote Onlyfans should be treated as a form of grooming.

It's women doing "independent my body my choice" things so you can't shame them type of society we live in sadly
@@Debilinside She's advertising free porn. There's a considerable difference.
It's not a loophole... It's literally just a direct violation of the rule disallowing a primary focus on intimate parts.
Her boobs take up 5% of the entire screen. How is that a primary focus on intimate parts?
“Primary focus” is the loophole lol. Her face and fully clothed chest make up a tiny fraction of the total screen.
the human only takes up a small part of screen, and even if you claim the human is the primary focus, it's 50% head, 50% boobs, so technically there's no way to claim that the boobs are the primary focus.
@@wavion2 Oh shut up, you're not even being a good contrarian, it's clear that she's intentionally highlighting a particular portion of her body in a similar way to how it was when they were green screened over, it's even more explicitly highlighted without the green screen effect covering it.
@@Hirome_Satou Rude. But, whatever, I don't support that content. Simps and thots piss me off. I'm just explaining how it is, most definitely, a loophole. For something to be "the focus," It needs to either be the biggest thing on the screen, literally in focus while the other things are blurred, or a drastically different luminosity than the other things in the image. You can argue that the human is the focus of the picture, but not that the boobs are more in focus than the head
Actually a very clever use of negative space.
Titty streamers be evolving
She clearly went to art school
Thank you, that’s exactly it.
Not defining the problem is the problem.
on the contrary, Twitch needs to be less specific, not more. the more specific you are on the regulations the more you encourage flaunting them, if the regulations were more vague with a "we reserve the right to make judgments on what crosses the line" then there wouldn't be any loopholes to flaunt and it just comes down to risking it at that point. They just don't want to do that because honestly they don't want to police this and they are afraid of any controversy for policing this.
they have to ban her
They wont, you know Twitch. 😕
no, I want to watch more! school's still on holiday.
Do they? Do they really have to? They should, but I don’t think they have to.

Even if she will be banned she make alot of money with OF and others porn sites lol…
Im confused how this doesnt break the new rules. The new rule isnt you cant have the camera focusing on an intimate body part for a prolonged period of time, she greenscreened everything but her boobs, thats... thats the opposite of following the new rule.
She can just say it’s a facecam and her shirt is just keying out. Bikinis are allowed on twitch. This is now a much more grey area, they aren’t about to allow bikinis and then say you can’t have cleavage. Until they do, then she will subvert that rule too.
... your face is an intimate part of your body... every streamer has face on cam...
Twitch's rules are ambiguous... which is the issue...
@@melvindoo6558 She is exposing her boobs in closeup, hiding her body part so the only eye can see is the boobs or her face, how is this not sexual? trying to deny this then your literally in denial or delusional.
@@jaybee8862 Your face is most definitely not an intimate part of your body, unless you're a woman living in the Middle East. In fact aside from your hands, your face is the least intimate part of your body, because it is almost always uncovered.
It does clearly violate the rule, Asmon and commenters are just being fucking dense.

They absolutely will not ban these girls. My theory is that Twitch tracks viewers and the channels they view and I am assuming most of the viewers of these girls also watch other channels and have subs on a lot of these channels. If you ban one of these girls, it will deter the simps who sub/donate to multiple channels and pump viewer numbers for ads on all the channels.
I absolutely guarantee you that there's some behind the scenes shady-as-shit deals going on behind the scenes between streamers like these girls and Twitch in order to keep them from being banned.
@@getrekt2160 we know that already there are so many ethots that should have been perma banned ages ago but arent

This is like developing the rules on a card game XDD
"Starting on Friday March 29th, content that focuses on intimate body parts for a prolonged period of time will not be allowed." I mean, this doesn't come close to a loophole. Using a greenscreen to isolate and only show one part of your body is very obviously focusing on that body part. This is the opposite of avoiding that rule. This looks like a "ban me, I dare you" kind of approach. I'm sure they will.
Everything can be "intimate" even the mouth (that is usually on people's faces), so all streamers should be banned according to this rule.
@@BozesanVlad You can play stupid all you want. We're not fooled.
Bikinis are not banned on twitch. She will argue her Face is the focus of the cam. The VIEWER’s focus is on the boobs obviously, but the CONTENT ITSELF is not focused on the boobs. They’re just there, accentuated by the greenscreen shirt.

If they had ANY self respect they would permanently ban these people. But they don't mind being the laughing stock of the Internet as long as they make money.
The reason they don't ban her is cuz they know kick stalking in the corner waiting to pick her up.
The problem is that they're not making money, twitch is not profitable.
It´s people like her that is indirectly paying for Asmonds unmonetized channel. You should thank her.
you dont really understand, they do what they want, WE are the laughing stock. we point fingers and say hey hey hey. and then they tweak it so they can still perform naked. we are the stupid ones to still keep using the platform
@@mattlars89 yeah ok
If they started making these bans more harsh, and stopped giving these streamers back their accounts after just hours or a week and the rules actually applied to everyone the same then less people would play this game. But since they know theyll get banned and their account will be back in a week or less they keep doing it. They should lose all revenue gained from their streams, and perma banned after multiple strikes against the TOS. Simple as that.
You're assuming Twitch is the one that wants to stop these streamers, rather than sponsors and/or payment processors strong-arming them into taking actions they don't want to take. Most platforms have the same rules not because most platforms want the same rules or have the same ethical goals, but because more powerful financial institutions are forcing them to do so in order to be allowed to participate in the global market. Twitch only needs to do the bare minimum as is required by these contracts, and that could very well be what they are trying to do.
@joocebocks8610 you may have a point, it does seem like they're doing the bare minimum to support some outside contract most definitely.
They are not against it, that’s the whole point. For some reason this is considered ad-friendly
@@Calamoroki twitch is a buisness to make huge profits they won't cut off steady income flow. no business will do it
Bottom line is if they aren't against the content, they should stop pretending they care by creating half ass loose ended attempts at changing the policy to meet some sort of outlying endorsement or contract. Either do it or don't do it. You can tell the streamers breaking the TOS see it as a joke or a game they can manipulate.
At this point Twitch should just pay Morgpie to tell them what to ban in advance...
All twitch ever needed to do was ENFORCE the rules EQUALLY that were already in place.... If they had none of this shit would be happening now.

What? This break the rules even more. "...content that focuses on intimate body parts for a prolonged period of time will not be allowed."
yes, this. no need to change rule, just ban. but they wont ban because it is making money. twitch just pretend to care
Twitch has been doing this for years, you don't think they worded that specifically so they can keep allowing these things?
"Focuses"... the camera isn't technically focused on intimate body parts, they are just part of the rest of the stream.
Twitch has refused to ban these girls for years, giving them their own categories so they don't have to pretend to like playing video games, they aren't going to outright ban them now either.
they could just take the easy way and straight up ban all these types of creators, but it's twitch your new softcore p0rn streaming site.
The camera isn't focused on her boobs tho. Her boobs are a small part of what's happening in the screen.
Because they can't define intimate. Are boobs that are a natural part of a women intimate? When the dress-code allows bikinis. They obviously can't make a rule that women can only show their heads and neck on camera. The chest area will always be visible filming normally.
Asmon sounded like Jerry Seinfeld at the end there.
That lip bite Asmon...Saw you hahaha!
There's an answer to this Twitch is just too afraid to use. Escalating ban times for repeat offenders, and just permabanning the real offenders. Make people afraid to break your rules. What would Twitch lose just permabanning her?
Ever since it changed from a predominantly-male platform to one where female content creators exist and thrive, their user base is simps. That's why they ban the word from chat, you can't have your income stream be awoken to the pathetic reality of their existance. That's also why females get lesser bans to the degree that someone who has sex live on stream only gets a week or something, then immediately re-offends. The market of people who will pay for gaming content, or whatever their favourite streamer is gets dwarfed by the market of people who are willing to be deluded to believe that they have even the slightest change of getting with these camgirls.
A ton of viewers watching ads. What it's always been about.
too scared to lose money but too scared to just accept and make it part of the platform.
They have an escalating ban system already in place they just dont use it. It was supposed to be three strikes you are out but then you have ammo and invadervie being banned like 17 times already this year alone lmao
They're basically on a knife's edge at this point. Ban the offenders and lose a lot of viewers and their watch time, or acknowledge and accept the sexual content and the big ad companies pull out. So they just have keep balancing until someone makes an executive decision or the ad companies push them to make one.
Hell yea, finally a larger screen so we can see the gameplay a lot more clearly.
We live in a time and society where using platforms to lure kids into porn and make them addicted to it is both normalized and shamelessly justified!!!

I swear those people just run it down mid while everyone else get banned from the arbitrary rule changes.
Core of the problem is that those people are selling their onlyfans on twitch - There are places for it and Twitch is not it.
Twitch is simply greedy, they want to enforce the rules but only on small streamers that don’t make big money, because why would you ban a money maker, classic case of cake.

1st ban is a day
2nd ban a week
3rd ban a month
4th ban a year
If the streamer returns on a secondary channel, immediate ban on same length as first channel, if the content does not change significantly.
If these people want a platform, they can just use the Hub or some cam-websites. It does not belong on Twitch in any way.
I agree, but too lenient. 1st ban is a week, 2nd ban is permanent.
You don't understand. These women generate significant revenue for Twitch. They're not trying to solve this because it's not an issue. The ToS is to appease advertisers and prevent the site from being categorized as an adult site, which would add a whole new set of regulations to follow. It's actually Twitch finding loopholes to keep these women and the platform running.
@@donventura2116 By this logic the only way to break out of this is to keep the fact about those "content creators" being active on twitch loud and long enough in the media spotlight so advertisers finally had enough of it and made twich ultimatum of sort where they won't have a choise but to enforce their tos for real
Honestly I've never understood why those who watch these type of streamers don't just go to cam sites. WAY more band for your buck there.

Have you considered that maybe not every woman is the same person
Don't know how many times I have to say it. make twitch require a driver license or state id to create an account for content creators and consumers. years ago Japan required their version of a social security id to make an account for phantasy star online. just adopt that policy on twitch.

they really should just start taking actions for people trying to see what they can get away with instead of mending the rules cause they're vague enough to actually ban most of them or at least send them a warning telling them you know what they're trying to do and if they don't stop they will get banned. Personally being too up front with it makes me even less interested to go to any link tree they have, I think being abit more modest would generate better traffic to their other content because there would be something there you haven't seen already on their twitch stream.
*Another possible interpretation not brought up in the clip:* Twitch loves these girls. These girls bring in money.
It's just every so often, a puritan advertiser checks in on one of them, pushes back against it, Twitch adjusts the rules and shows the update to advertisers to keep them happy, and then everything dies down until an advertiser notices the next trend or gets the next complaint.
Basically, it's all a balancing act for Twitch, and the only dishonesty is that they're against lewd content. They're only against content that advertisers are against, and if these girls continue finding loopholes around that and keep making bank, Twitch supports them 100%.
"Advertisers" only care about politics, not morality.

the only way to solve this problem is replacing all of those girls that got the design that appeal to the old audience with those that appeals to the "modern audience" 🤣

Morgpie is part of the quality control team at this point.
I think they covered this in the tos update. Where they mentioned what the primary focus was on cameras.
The question is, will they immediately enforce or will it be 3-6 weeks while they reap the money and pretend to care.
I've said this once and I'll say it again. If they get rid of these streamers, I might start using twitch as a main game streaming service again.
You don't Ike girls... GAAAY
Guess I’ll start watching SM64 speed runs on chtrb8 now. 🤷♂️
i'm out of the loop, can someone explain to me what i'm looking at here. what is the rule and how did she circumvent it?
Just tell them they have to wear full, NORMAL shirts! And normal pants/shorts!
empowering
It's easy to define though:
"Intentionally promoting pornographic and/or sexualized content in any way is strictly prohibited."
"What is pornographic? Exposure of genitalia and/or sexual intercourse."
"What is sexualized? Any controllable form of emphasis on genitalia, buttocks, or breasts."
It's also easy to block any form of linking to external pornographic sites like OnlyFans. Script a mandatory filter for the top 20-ish adult content sites in chat and the about me page. Repeated attempts to link to these sites can auto-ban accounts. Hiding URLs or QR codes in profile banners, avatars, or within the streams would require some degree of AI content detection submitted for human review; and subsequent banning if found guilty. The reviewer should not be shown who the account is, just the infringing content detection and determine from that alone whether or not a violation exists. OR!!!
...
Or... they could simply embrace this misuse of the site and enforce a mandatory age-verification of users and a dedicated adults-only category.
They would need to remove bikinis as a dress code also. Since otherwise is it an emphasis of breasts to be dressed as twitch allows?
The rule says you can't focus on intimate body parts for prolonged periods.
And no, don't embrace it. These girls are already on other sites, what value would that add, none.
They would have to ban sites like link tree as well lol.
That's the thing, Twitch is trying to balance promoting actual fucking porn and camgirls with allowing a young audience to access their site.
They don't want to lose either.
Damn already a new meta? I thought they forbid anything greenscreen related like this? Oh well but I'm not complaining.
I dont see a loophole just breaking rules
Don't even care at this point. It was funny the first few times, now I just roll my eyes and carry on.
You gotta admit - that's very creative
Literally the only solution is banning them outright. Hell twitch spends waaaay too much money just running the platform with these streams. Its almost as if this is a game to the people making the rules at twitch. That said, this is fucking hilarious.
This just shows Twitch doesn't care and will keep on letting them break rules.
Isn't that hard to Twitch says "The site is about your the content and not about your body"
At this point, I won't be mad if Twitch just bans webcams altogether.
Honestly it's possible. If they keep finding ways to bend the rules Twitch will eventually have everything banned since it could be misused.
This is hilarious hope she keeps finding a way 💀
NGL morgpie really is big brain at content creating
Had no idea morgpie was “streaming” on twitch
Female twitch streamers having actual talents challenge: impossible
well... a lot of twitch streamers who are women ARE entertaining or good at games or w/e but theres def a big category of them who are not AT ALL.
Morgpie is a good example of just a porn girl selling her looks while she has them (her old body was better before surgeries etc)
AnnieFuchsia is an example of an actually solid gamer girl who puts most guys on the platform to shame
but yeah... the sex-streamers are fucking pathetic
Which is unfair to the female streamers who aren't partaking in this obvious marketing for their online porn sales. Comments like these are made. Sweeping them in with the porn actresses. There's plenty of women who don't present their body or promote their OF and so on on Twitch as well.
I wonder if these women think about their future at all. I wonder if they would be ashamed to tell someone on a date what they do. Have they or would they tell anyone in their family what they do if asked? How about their friends? If a hair dresser asks them what they do, would they just openly admit to doing porn? How about in the future, would they keep it a secret if they are on a date after they stop doing it? Will they be comfortable having a child that most likely gets ridiculed when other young teens at their school finds nudes (or even more graphic content) of their mom? It's easy money, but I'm not sure they think about how it can affect their children. Even if they think they don't want any kids today, that can change. Once it is on the internet, it's there forever. You can't scrub it clean. It will always resurface. Someone, somewhere has downloaded the videos you distributed willingly, and eventually these videos will be uploaded again and again. If they don't feel shame over it, then good for them, they shouldn't have to. But at the same time, I wonder if their current or future significant other will feel shame though, or their children.
I might seem like I'm judging, but I don't honestly care. I'm more curious about how they think about it. Or if they have thought about how it can affect them and their close ones in the future. I don't care if they want to do it though. Doesn't affect or hurt me at all.
the incredible talent of playing wow everyone knows about lol
That's just females in general.
To be honest, the most entertaining streamers i've seen in a while are female Vtubers. Ironmouse, Filian, even Vei (she has rather "sexy" avatars, but she's pretty damn fun to watch play games. often even put her in the background as when I game)
