  • Hey, ya'll and welcome to the YOGA B.E.A.M. CHALLENGE! This challenge is 30 days of yoga with ME! This video is DAY 27 of the challenge & we're back at "E" which stands for "energy". We will be working on poses for our energy centers also known as chakras. This video is a CROWN CHAKRA practice. Your Crown Chakra is located on the top of your head, so we'll be doing postures that involve leading with this area. Be sure to listen to your body throughout the practice & modify as needed. Come out of any postures that don't feel right & take rests if you need to. Let me know what you think of this video down in the comments.     This class was phenomenal. When i do yoga I sometimes hear/feel these light popping noises, almost like energy releases, in my ears. This class I was poppin off lol really good ❤

    Thank you for sharing. 🧚🏾‍♀️ I like this practice. I was very mindful with this one bc I have a headache and so I was trying to really pay attention and settle into it. I modified or did the easiest version of all poses this time and still have a headache but I got through the practice. ✌🏾💜

    I fell asleep at the end again! 😂 But that was great, especially for me seated twist near the end 🌟. I am about to take a nap right now I think my body is trying to tell me something. 🤲🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰🌹🤲🏾

    So happy that I'm not alone in preferring the more "basic" version of camel pose! That's always been a hard posture for me because (as I've recently noticed) I have the tendency to dump my weight into my lower back too much in backbends, making them more painful, so I'm trying to be more mindful of that. Staying up near the top in camel pose is the way I won't hurt my back, so if I stay there I'm cool with it. 😌
