they are actually cheaper than these things but if you live in the heart of the city they are marked up. go a bit out of the city and you will find stores that sell organic foods for a price fat less than the inner city.

It's because of food/culture control: Cheaper cereals tend to have less "food" while "expensive" food tend to have more food that a certain group wants and is not necessarily easy to get/grow in the US. Meanwhile, the "real" price for normal food varies.

I recently viewed a post someone shared from Facebook where they were comparing the same oatmeals ingredients. One from Canada and the other sold in the USA. The oatmeal sold in the USA was full of preservatives, artificial colors and other crap that God knows what it is. The Canadian version had just a few simple ingredients. WHY.

youd be surprised how tasty oats with aguavesirup and a diced apple(even better with kiwi^^) is. but dont put the diced fruit in before you eat it!:) will lose all its taste and nutrition otherwise ^^ so never soak it with fruit in the bowl its really refreshing and you get around processed stuff entirely. looks nice on the table and fills you up for around 5 hours too(i weigh around 90kg i need to fill a 1L bowl nearly to the top never weight it sorry haha) ^^ you can always add a yoghurt or double the portion if you feel liek working out^^ cheapest way i found so far haha

Another video that feels tailor-made for me. Though I never buy cereal, sometimes it finds its way into my domicile and one of the cereals that manages to make its way in is Raisin Bran. Sometimes I even have it for dinner. I love it, especially if there are lots of raisins in it, but now I know I should consider it a guilty pleasure.
Thank you once again, Bobby, I’ve always since the raisin bran really isn’t the best choice but it’s easy to convince yourself otherwise whenever the word bran inserts itself into the picture. Thank you for reminding me what I should have already known (and suspect I did) but chose to ignore for pleasure’s sake.
