In 2009, Tony Ave borrowed a Gunselman car to attempt the August Watkins Glen race. He successfully qualified the car under the Front Row Motorsports 'banner', ran 4 laps, then another 4, then immediately gave the car back to Larry. The same car was then used 2 years later with Chris Cook at the wheel in Sonoma, who knocked out Tony Ave, and finished a cool 27th and earning Gunselman a much needed $78,825!
