Service at Pirate’s Pizza and Wings is horrible.
The hostess seated and then the manager told us to get up because he reserved it for someone else. I was so embarrassed. My family and I just left with our heads down. It was a humiliating experience.😢
That's unfortunate. I had a good time when I went. I talked to the owner and several of the young people who worked there. All long time residents of the island. They were very nice to me and very helpful. Prices are really low considering its a restaurant by the beach. Small town feel in a resort town.
Hey Harrison, what do you think the realistate business and restaurants on the island are going to do if the city of Dauphin closes/ stops the short term rentals. The revenue loss and job availability are destroyed. Please help and call your representatives. Please!!
I don't live on the Island, but good point.
Its only the residential neighborhood on the east end where they are considering restricting short term rentals. All of west end, Bienville and condos in the East end will be unaffected.

@@denniskern9230, you still can get a short term rental on the east end. Just contact the local real estate agent.
