4J Studios is working on a new voxel based sandbox game, which looks like a spiritual successor to Minecraft. They are developing a new game engine called the Elements Engine, and have hired talent such as Stampy to work on the game.

4J Studios have revealed their new insane secret game project. Elements Engine is a spiritual successor or competitor to Minecraft, not a sequel to Minecraft, or Minecraft 2.0, or a Minecraft killer. This engine will not make Minecraft Java look like legacy console edition or xbox 360 edition or ps3 edition. 4J also ported Minecraft to the PS4, Xbox One, Wii U and Nintendo Switch, and developed mashup packs like the Super Mario mashup pack, Halloween mashup pack in 2024, and Halo mashup pack. It's possible that you'll feel Minecraft nostalgia while playing. stampylongnose discussed what he's doing now, how he's working with 4J Studios to make this new game, because of the Lovely World ending. Elements Engine is like Hytale or Cube World or Lego Worlds. I hope ibxtoycat, ECKOSOLDIER, and Phoenix SC, would like to play this game. I know Cube Dimensions, Zaroshii, and Pokemaniac_101 will enjoy it. Kodek, Catmanjoe, Sheep Man and MinimasterGG will try it as well. They haven’t revealed what game it will be, so we don’t know if it will be a sandbox game.
