Thanks sir your videos are very helpful for students 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thanks sir...... i actually want to join plus subscription.. but not enough money.... so these videos can help in csir????
You mentioned earlier that only most variable CDR i.e. CDR ³ can form paratope , but later on you took whole account of CDRS and telling all forming paratopes , pls cear this doubt of mine
he said most of the paratopes are formed by CDR3 :)
Not Only
Tysm sir
Best teacher ❤❤
Sir i think one concept is wrong.
There are only 10 paratopes in IgM not 12.
And also you yourself taught that only CDR3 forms paratopes. So only 2 CDR3 on each Y - Shaped Antibody should form antigen binding sites(Paratopes). And total 10 CDR3 will form Paratopes.
Please check pathfinders and other sources for confirmation.
And
You're among the best teachers. Thanks
16 di sulphide bond hota h 14 nhi...
Thankyou sir❤️
Great sir nd thank u
Thanku sir
Lot of thanks sir 🙏👍
Thanks for availing online lecture but a little improvisation is required in connectivity of the topics.

Nice to class sir
He is a nice teacher but he has very rude and egoistic attitude.. A teacher is always humble towards the students and welcome every query with a smile not by demeaning comments. This will laid down the confidence of a student and he or she will never ask a question in future..
He didn't have rude attitude but any teacher would get frustrated if u would ask the very basic thing over and over again. We all r prepring for csir net jrf, it means we are at least graduate, it's impossible to clear the very basic of 11th and 12th or 10th maths, for net.
@@rakhikar8416 so replying to basic queries with demeaning comments is not a solution lady. It’s gross and demotivating for many students.
@@Tanvi-sg8cm he never used demeaning comments. He just say it harshly sometimes out of frustration. Students shud understand that, when u r graduate or post graduate, u shud not ask such rubbish questions over nd over again.
100 % true. he must be nice to students.
Thank you sir! You are going great...hope u come up with more videos!
thnkew sir☺
Kya ye SET of view se sufficient hai sir.... please reply me
In staring of the video you mention that mostly only CDR3 form paratope and end of the video you told all CDRs will form paratope. Will you please clear out this?
Online it says all three CDRs of heavy chain and light chain make one paratope that way there are only two paratopes can be in IgG lgD lgE
But pathfinders say something different.
It says there are only 10 paratopes in IgM.
yes
Thank you soo much ✌️✌️
Thanku sir very easy languages term I want to crack CSIR
18:05 *The Position of CDRs are (N terminus -CDR1 CDR2 CDR3 -C terminus)*
Loved it💕
Really???
Good lecture 🙏
one doubt....apne kha tha ki CDR3 only paratope produce krte h ! toh in IgG/D/E there are only 4 CDR3 ....toh 4 paratope form hone chhaie na instead of 12 ?
Sir aap ki class UA-cam per kb hoti h
Yes
Sir there are 2 binding sites in a monomeric antibody, 4 in dimeric and 5 in pentameric.
Amazing explanation 👏
Good evening

Wrong antibody structure. Light chain lies below the heavy chain.
6CDRs comprises one patatope. Please correct.
Hello sir the lectures given by you on immunology on you tube channel is enough for csir net life science ..as sir I hve notes of path finder n according to that there r many topics which r not covering by you

Thank you for your excellent explanation. I am 1st time clear my doubt about CDR concept .
Please correct yourself there are total 16 disulphide bonds in total not 14
Sir please avoid wishing gm , very nicely explained tq sir🙏
Plz sir lod score and QTL concept
Papain function is not visible
/can u explain the last part means bonds on SDS? how these bonds are formed in different Abs
it is not bonds, it is bands. In research field SDS is a tool which is used to determine the molecules based on their molecular weight. The antibodies have different molecular weight hence when we try to separte them in this sds page experiment, they form different bands according to their molecular weight. thats why we got 3 bands in IgM, 2 bands in IgG, IgD, IgE. and 4 bands in IgA.
best of luck.....
If it is according to their molecular weight then igM should be more bands than igA
@@siddhi3472 I cannot compare anyone to anyone. All have their own teaching style. Its all depends which topic do u want to study.
