Hello, I thought about this DAIWA GC80, because it is extremely light, which for me is essential when it comes to fishing with spincast. What has your experience been like with this model in general?

I have an old 210RL reel very similar to that one. The plastic has begun to fall apart. Is it possible to get new parts for it? I've done a bunch of searches and came up empty.
Silvercast 210RL? That's a vintage one. I think they don't sell new spare parts anymore.
Contact Daiwa. They still have a number of parts and actually sent me some at no cost.
