I fixed one of these yesterday (coincidentally, just after a Hurricane 400 that I found another video for on this channel). Again, excellent walkthrough. The center shaft on the body looks like it could be removed by twisting, but I couldn't twist it without gripping with something like pliers that would score the surface. So I left it in place as well.

The " tube " that houses the main shaft and the spool goes on is reversed threaded. Right loose - left tight.
