- People gush over how amazing the Hero Arts White Pigment ink is. So as soon as I got it, I knew I had to do a comparison video so we could all see how it compares to other white pigment inks on the market. This is by no means all the white inks available, but is a good start!

Thanks for doing this...I'm looking forward to making some Halloween spreads this year! On black paper!
Oooh.. can't wait to see Barbara!
Cool comparison, don't forget that the newer the ink pad the more juicier it will be and you will get that pooling effect. Thats why you didn't get it on the versa color ink. I get the same effect on when I buy new black ink pads. Double thumbs up
Thanks so much Marnie. I didn't consider that the new ones would be a bit juicier. Hopefully the comparison is still valid :)
Yep, I've tried all of these with the same varying success as you have here....and then I discovered Close to my Heart "White Daisy". The stamp pads are crazy expensive at $18 each, but you can buy a reinker. I cleaned off my Kaisercraft White ink pad and just reinked with the CTMH White Daisy and it's perfect. I'm sure there are plenty of CTMH Demo's down in Melbourne, just go on their website and look up Demonstrators in your area. I know you won't be disappointed. This ink works well with fine and thick stamps and I even use it with a fine paint brush for lettering. You can also just drop a small spot or two on your Thermal Glass craft mat and use it as paint - or even use it from a dot for blending with your brushes. You have a wonderful imagination so I doubt you'll have any problems coming up with ideas I haven't thought of yet. Thanks so much for doing the legwork on these White Ink Pads though and posting it. It's a big help.
I’m a CTMH consultant if anyone needs any help.
You're welcome Annette. I'll do some investigating into the CTMH one too! Thanks for the tip!
Thanks Leanne x
Thank you
Hi Plum! I use a lot of hero arts inks, I love them but they do tend to be WET! I do use a lot of oxides too and I have picket fence. That's good, you should try that one...
I need to get picket fence! It's on the list! Thanks Miranda x
What about on turquoise paper?
I'm sure it would work the same... but I didn't have any! :(
Generally pigment ink needs to heat set 😊
People always say that but I never heat set them .
I've never tried that, but I can give it a go and see if anything is different. Thanks for your advice Caroline!
