Don't buy a Vector 2.0. DDL server has been down for months meaning fans have had to create Wirepod in able to get him to work. Currently if you buy Vector it will just be a paper weight as you need to connect to their server in order to set him up. The three 1.0 Vectors I have cannot access their subscription based server even though I have a life time membership meaning their features are minimal. DDL customer service is pretty much radio silent and it looks like they are in financial trouble and it's not looking good. There has been no word on the pre-orders they took for Cosmo 2.0 and Butterbot, many think they will take the money and run at this point. You would be better off buying EMO at this point.

Yeah thats why I would recommend getting eilik over emo or loona or any of the other robots because they have cameras and will remember your face, so stay away from that.
I believe it's the opposite between vector and emo, emo constantly gets updated and currently has far more interactions and features than vector. While I do believe vector is the better designed robot the company that manages has a terrible standing with the community and public due to their shutting down of servers without any prior notice and constant radio silence and. Luckily a group of "caretakers" has kept vector alive allowing you to host your own server personally restoring features previously lost with the loss of server connections.
Oh, I had no idea! I hope they fix this and start taking responsibility for the robot they created. I really want in the near future to review. Thanks for watching!!

A domestic violence detection app where victims will never have to explain what a perpetrator is doing when they feel like a deer in headlights and too frozen to express what's happening clearly. The robot will know what type of violation is being committed by default and can produce a flawless report.😅

Loona has the capability of doing this, but the only issue is that if you leave for a long period of time, Loona’s battery may die unless it’s plugged in, but then of course, if it’s plugged in, it can’t move around to look at your cats unless it’s facing right in front of it, so depending on how long you’re out, Loona could work for this! Not sure this should be on here as it is not a companion or chat robot it is a rolling security camera, some decent features on the top range model it had additions that can feed your dog treats on command. but for what it is i don't think it should be on this list and really does not have that many features, amazon reviews are up in the air with many complaining about not so good or almsot non existent customer care. The new trend on amazon is not to replace faulty parts, like the charger or batterry but to replace the whole thing if something goes wrong, or after a year refunds you but takes off an amount they pull out of the air for wear and tear. Buying products that will fail at some point and are not repairable, or are too expensive to repair with screens replacements costing the same as a new device is a problem that needs to be fixed with regulations.

I guess it depends on what someone’s looking for. Most of the AI bots today are significantly better than what we had 30 years ago (mostly because of the LLM companies they base their bots off of) but they’re definitely not what we see in futuristic movies, so I think we’re stuck in that middle time between old tech and the futuristic technology we want to see. I think once one of these AI LLM companies figures out AGI, It’ll change the AI robot game!

Great reviews, Emo doesn't 'speak' a bunch of languages now. He understands a few extra languages but only speaks English at the moment.
